Smoked Beef Jerky Strips Original Flavor Taylor's Sausage Trailbusters 16 oz

I struggled with deciding how to rate this product, but I wanted to be fair so I won't take my own body issues into account.When I received this product, I was expecting something similar to traditional beef jerky strips. These are more like beef nuggets. That was a bit disappointing, but these were actually pretty good. Enough so that I didn't mind the difference. They are moist, tender, and very spicy. For a pound of jerky, I felt like I got a pretty good deal for the price.As for my personal experience, I WANT to say I would buy them again because they were darned good, but I am not sure I can, or should do that. This was the first Ghost Pepper ANYTHING I have tried. I love hot, spicy food, but I've also seen the Youtube videos of Ghost Pepper victims and I was not looking to join the club.Now I am no wimp--I routinely doused my food in Tabasco, Cayenne, and Scotch bonnets, in such large quantities that no one else could eat it. For a while, pickled jalapenos were a routine side dish. I could scarf down 12 like nobody's business. Upon trying this jerky, it was honestly not that hot at all until I had eaten a few pieces, and even then it wasn't nearly the spiciest thing I have ever had. I was underwhelmed.Until the next day. Something happened to me that has never, ever happened before--not with any other food I have ever eaten. I had to Google it to make sure I had not lost my mind. Urine burn is actually a thing, and it is so much worse than its rectal counterpart. After experiencing it the first time, going to the bathroom was like walking to my execution.So I was both blessed to find something I truly enjoyed, and cursed with having to forego it. I can only conclude that Amazon is Tartarus, and I am freaking Tantalus up in here.

I like moisture jerky. Most of the jerky on the market are dry for me. His one is delicious but they always sold out. Not easy to buy

I love Taylor sausage and I used to live near there. As you can see in the pictures one of the packages was not sealed air got in it somehow so I guess it's trash which is very disappointing because this was a gift for someone.

Don’t buy this “Jerky”. Jerky supposed to be dry they remove the moisture. This isn’t. Also this isn’t even hot at all, it’s kinda sweet and taste nasty.DONT BUY

Perfect heat. Just enough to be able to eat it and forgot you ate it and be reminded the next day. I'll be ordering again.

Too spicy but good. Watch out!

At first bite, I found that the jerky had great flavor but didn't pack the heat that I wanted. Still warm though... with great flavor. I ate three small pieces. The next day while riding to work, my stomach all of a sudden spasmed, informing my that I had to go to the bathroom NOW. Since I couldn't just pull over and do it on the side of the road, I toughed it out and continued to drive to work. After I got out of my car I seriously thought I was going to S@#t my pants. Thank goodness I actually made it to the bathroom. When my cheeks hit the seat I unleased a cataclysm of biblical proportions. Liquid hot magma all the way. The heat that didn't appear to be there the night before showed up in spades the next day! So... all in all, delicious jerky, but take caution. This is not a jerky to be trifled with!

Moist, tender chunks of juicy goodness. Flavorful with a nice afterburn. Not overpowering at all, with mild sweetness.
