Very nice pins.
Solid quality pins. Tonal differences are minimal, but there does seem to be a fuller, thicker mid-bass. Appearance is a matter of taste. I like them. The pin head seems to be a bit larger than normal, so if you like to palm mute, these might take some getting used to.

Stewmac is great.
These bridge pins look and feel very well made, the bridge pins are longer and a bit thicker than most bridge pins I've bought. They fit in my Taylor like they were made for it.Also stewmac is awesome, I order them and they didn't come in on the due date, they apologized and said it should arrive in 1 week. I said cool no prob. I actually forgot about it than realized it had been about 3 weeks and no bridge pins. So I explained the situation and asked for a refund, got back to me in like 2 minutes and they apologized again an gave the refund, very nice people. Well maybe a month and a half later they came in and there was a note attached, it wasn't the ones I originally ordered, they had decided to send a set for free and apologized again and asked for an honest review. The people at stewmac are very nice and I did get these bridge pins for free, but my review is honest, I ordered these at first for a reason, stewmac makes a quality product and it definitely shows in these bridge pins.

Good. Verra good
Excellent products, bought many things from them. The only Reason they are not five star is they are slow to fill orders. Whether ordering from them or through Amazon they are noticeably slower than most I deal with to get product to the buyer.

Great upgrade for any guitar, although you may need to enlarge bridge pin holes.
Pros - these ebony bridge pins are beautiful. Nice color to the Ebony. They are a nice upgrade from my plastic bridge pins. The sound comes through more strong and when used with a bone saddle, the sound change is amazing.Cons - my Yamaha FG 840 had holes that were to small, so I had to go purchase a reamer tool to open the holes up so the bridge pins would fit. So if there are Yamaha FG owners who want these pins, know that you will need to have your bridge pins holes enlarged.I'd buy these pins again.

Low quality for a high price
As you can see the pins are not all the same size. Some stick up more than others. The original pins were not like this. Because they didn’t fit right I pushed a little too hard to try to seat one of the pins and the bridge cracked. I would never even consider buying from this company again. Now it will cost a couple hundred to get this fixed. Luckily this was my practice guitar and not my performance guitar. But it is still a solid mahogany guitar that was not cheap.

Great Upgrade!!!
Pins arrived quickly and fit my Teton acoustic perfectly with just enough snugness not to pop out when restringing. My Dean acoustic needed the bridge pin holes reamed out a tiny bit but no problem. I replaced the factory plastic pins in both. These pins look great and I am fairly sure both guitars sound better. I would definitely recommend them and would purchase again.
