No 1 brand in mixer grinder
My family use sumeet mixer and grinder products from last 20 years and its working good till date. So I buy one more mixer grinder Dxe 750 with 3 jar for my new home from Amazon, they deliver product ontine and in good condition. From last five months its works fine without any complaints. But before 1 month its spice grinding stainless steel har gets cracked. I registered complaint immediately vua email but no response till date. I also made complaint on their whatsapp today, hope they

Poor quality Stuff
1.This product was purchased through Amazon and was supplied in 3 days. It was found that in the Grinder Jar the nut for changing the blade was very tight and not operational. Hence the product was returned.2. The Amazon has arranged to supply replacement in one day. This time it was found that on the motor cord plug one pin is missing. Further the knob on the lid of Chutney jar was found to be broken. The Grinder jar handle was not fixing and was coming off while fixing the jar on the motor.The plastic used for handles was found to be of extremely poor quality.

Sumeet mixer and grinder- same good quality as ever
I am satisfied its genuine Sumeet brand mixer, similar to one we used for past 2 decades. Its works great. Somewhat more noisy, but quality and efficiency of grinding is satisfactory. The design is sturdy, it remains stable while usage. Overall good satisfaction level.

A VERY GOOD AND UNIQUE PRODUCT FROM SUMMIT
A very good and unique genuine product. Delivered on time by seller. Summit has an uniqueness about its product in this range which very people does not know or are ignorant. Lot of big companies sell mixer cum grinder with one limitation which i would like to point out. Anybody who uses a mixer cum grinder must have found that small amounts of wet grinding becomes difficult as the substance gets attached to the walls of the grinder container. Only Summit has a unique manual rotatory lever mechanism whichthrows back the grinding substance back on the rotating blades of the mixer.With regards and best wishes,suranjana chatterjee.

The lid of smaller jar was in broken condition.
Well packaged But I found late , one of the cover of the jar is broken. Shockingly the engine got failed with in two months of purchase. I got the contact number of the company from website. I contacted and explained the issues. VERY NEXT DAY COMPANY REPLACED all the damaged parts. Super 💞 service.
