I am writing this after one month of use, TBH I was bit scared to order the robot because the ratings are mixed, yet I bought it in a deal, used it for almost a month now, few things about this robot vacuum is astonishing, first is the camera enabled security, helps me keep track of my pets and kids toys all over the room. Secondly the auto mop remove and attach feature, I used Ecovac and then roborock, both are top brands but do not have this feature, when the mop is removed automatically for vacuum only. I initially faced issues where robot was not cleaning black colour foot mats and rugs then I realised there is an option in the App which says turn of black surface, app is easy to use, many cleaning modes available, additionally, my mats and rug are black and it was avoiding those areas as fall off area, finally with that option off now the robot can vacuum all areas without any problem. Suction is good, auto clean mop, I am giving it a 5 star, because I used many robots and not a fan of robots pulling mops at back like a tail, unless manually removed, overall this robot is really good robot vacuum.l, exceeds my expectations.

Ottimo Robot, ma l'unico problema è con i Mop che non si staccano mai, e deve sempre farlo manualmente.

This robot is supposed to have flagship features. However it can't even get the basics correct. It really struggles with a short pile rug in my living room. It's only 1-2MM in height but it ends up either skirting around the edge of the rug or it lifts it and beaches on it (I've never had a robot managed to lift the rig before 🤷🏼‍♂️) It also says it's stuck when it isn't and keeps reversing into walls or the sofa, thinking it's stuck constantly. The mop cleaning is really poor despite it having hot water mop washing, the mops are always stained. The obstacle avoidance is even worse than my cheaper Eufy E20 as that only uses a single laser obstacle avoidance. This Ezviz has laser, side laser and even an AI camera for obstacle avoidance. And yet it either runs over stuff and gets stuck or will see the obstacle and then get too close and catch it with its side brushes. I've had a few communication errors with the dock too. I really wanted to like this robot but it is just poorly executed. Stick with a robot vacuum brand that only sells them.
