I actually considered purchasing a second one as a spare, which says a lot about how much I like it, but ultimately decided I didn’t need a backup. That alone should speak to the confidence I have in this case. I’ve tried multiple iPhone cases, and I’m even returning one because it just didn’t meet expectations. I don’t like returning items unless there’s a genuine reason, and this case definitely isn’t one of those, it’s a keeper. I recently bought the Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max TechWoven Case with MagSafe from Amazon, and it’s hands-down one of the best cases I’ve used. The TechWoven material feels incredibly premium — it’s soft to the touch yet surprisingly durable, and it doesn’t attract lint or fingerprints like some other fabric cases I’ve had. The fit is perfect on my iPhone 17 Pro Max — snug but not tight — and all buttons and ports are super easy to access. What really sets this case apart is the MagSafe compatibility. It snaps on perfectly every time, and my MagSafe charger charges just as fast and reliably as if there were no case on at all. I’ve dropped my phone a couple of times on pavement and didn’t see a scratch. The raised edges around the camera and screen give me peace of mind that my phone is protected from everyday bumps and drops. Overall, this case is stylish, functional, and feels like it was designed specifically for this phone (because it was 😄). As a rule, I am not much for writing reviews, much less for a phone case which I deem a necessary evil. Nevertheless, I feel I would be remiss in my duties as a human being if I did not thoroughly praise the Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max TechWoven Case. The devil is truly in the details, as I typically have not been satisfied with any case I’ve ever tried from any major manufacturer. Hence, with the purchase of my 17 ProMax, I even considered going caseless due to some of the anti-fragility features in this model. This case is precision engineered to match the phone perfectly and provide that seemingly necessary level of extra protection in a stunningly beautiful and minimalist manner. I love how thin it is! I love that the weave provides some grip without being sticky like silicone. I love the the way it provides just enough buffer for the camera lenses to be protected from contact when the phone is placed face up on a surface. The same reason we pay extra for an iPhone, for quality, precision engineering, and an aesthetically pleasing finished product, is the reason this case is worth the cost. I will concede that it might not provide adequate protection if you are the type of person that drops their phone frequently and/or catastrophically.

I REALLY like Apple's new TechWoven case! Don't let the disaster of the old FineWoven cases deter you. This feels great and looks like it will last and hold up. The back is a textured feeling and the sides are smooth, but not so smooth like the silicon case to where it's slippery. It doesn't add too much bulk to the phone and still slides in and out of your pocket easily. The protection feels solid too. It gives enough of a lip around the back that the camera lenses aren't touching the surface when you lay it flat on the back, and if you lay it screen down, there's enough of a lip to keep the screen from touching as well. Perfect! The sides provide enough grip to make it feel solid and sturdy in your hand. Plus an added bonus I haven't seen advertised is you can see just a small ring of your phone's color around the front of it which give it just that nice touch of color to still allow you to see the color you choose. I always hated using cases that cover the entire thing because then you can't let the beautiful colors shine through! Well this case allows it around the front and through the plateau as well. I got the green case with the cosmic orange phone (Master Chief style) and I love the way it looks. I really only liked the green contrasting against the orange. To me it looks great. MagSafe is still as solid as ever and you don't see a big white rectangle like with the clear case, and you don't have any MagSafe rings visible with an offset Apple logo that just drives my symmetrical brain crazy. Perfect case that gives you all the MagSafe functionality without the ugliness of it. Apple did well with this TechWoven case!

After buying a different case for my new Iphone 17 Pro Max and being completely dissatisfied after a couple days of use, I took my teenagers advice and bought this silicone Apple case on a Cyber Monday sale. The case fits perfectly on my phone (with an edge-to-edge screen protector), it slides nicely into my pocket, connects easily to my vehicle’s magnetic hands-free holder and charger, and I’ve already tested durability in a few accidental drops (one that even cracked my screen protector-eek!). I might end up buying an extra glass cover for the camera area to ease my own anxiety over drops, but I feel this case is keeping my phone safe. The color selection is also great; I got the purple, my husband the dark blue, and my son chose the orange. None of us have been disappointed. Getting 2 of the 3 cases at a sale price was a bonus, but honestly I’d pay full price for such a great quality case!
