Very happy with the Alaskan mill. I did have to add a couple shins to square it up. But other that the build quality vs the price is very good. Very easy to assemble.

the quality and ease of use is very good. Used for making oak planks in a rural construction project.

I did not put this together straight away as I was away on work but when I got back put it together and where the bar clamps to the end there was no spacer, tried to get in touch with these but to no avail, did not have time to send it back so in the end I had to make one and weld it in. Not good. I would like to add that I have since seen these from another site for just over £70.

This is not a bad product, BUT the one I received is missing the long nuts and this makes it extremely hard to clamp or move the bar. It is also very frustrating not being able to contact the seller directly from the order summary page (Amazon issue, not seller issue).That said, it does work and well enough - you do get what you pay for though: there Granberg is a superior product - but at £250+VAT it ought to be.

Seems robust enough, well-priced, arrived quickly and well packaged.

First time I’ve used one of these. A little tricky to assemble but not to difficult. Found it a bit fiddly to clamp chainsaw in place, but once in it was solid with no movement. Once I’d cut my first piece off tree trunk to form flat working plane, the frame cut as it should with good results.

Product was good quality easy to build , away to try it out for first time todayOnly thing I was disappointed about was I found it alot cheaper on another site

Même si mon époux est un débutant du bricolage, il commence à équiper son atelier, après avoir acheté d'autres outils, il a trouvé cet article et m'a demandé de l'acheter pour lui! Heureusement, ce produit correspond bien à la description, bonne qualité, facilité de l'utilisisation. Il est très content de son nouvel outil! A l'aide du vidéo, il a mis seulement 15 minutes de tout monter!

Gerade bei längeren Stämmen äußerst hilfreich.Der Zusammenbau war zwar etwas fummelig und auch trotz Anleitung nicht ganz klar. Wenn man aber mit Logik an die Sache rangeht, bekommt man es hin. Zusätzlich habe ich alle Schienen und Rohre mit Trockenfett eingesprüht. Jetzt gleitet alles super vor und zurück. Ohne Schmierung war es etwas schwer die Elemente ohne Kraftaufwand zu verschieben.Die verwendete Kettensäge sollte aber MINDESTENS eine Schwertbreite von 5cm haben, damit die Klemm-Backen der Arretierung nicht an der Kette schleifen, sondern wirklich nur das Schwert festhalten.Wer weiß wie man mit dem Gestell umgeht, wird damit zufrieden sein.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Premières planches réalisées avec sans grande difficulté, Pour le montage de la gruminette très peu d explication même si après 2 minutes de réflexion le montage reste simple.
