Does it rust or corrode?

The hanger is made of steel and may be affected by moisture over time. Keeping it dry, wiping off moisture, and avoiding prolonged exposure to water can help maintain its condition, especially in humid environments.

Yes, the hanger features a 360-degree swivel design that allows smooth rotation. This enables the bag to move freely during workouts, supporting full range of motion for boxing, MMA, and other training exercises.

What tools are needed for installation?

You’ll need a drill, level, stud finder, and wrench for installation. The hanger includes screws, anchor bolts, and washers. Drill four holes and mount securely on wood studs or concrete for proper support.

Can it be mounted outdoors?

The hanger is designed for indoor use but can be mounted outdoors with caution. Steel construction offers some resistance, though exposure to rain, sun, and moisture may affect durability. Installing in a covered area helps maintain condition.

Is it easy to adjust?

Yes, the hanger is easy to adjust. It offers 5 length settings from 16⅜" to 25¾" with a quick adjustment system, allowing you to change positions easily without tools to fit different bag sizes and training spaces.
