Very detailed packaging. All questions answered, and there is a lovely chart to help understand the benefits of this product. As per Dr Berg, this is the best type of Vitamin E to take, and people who have been around for over 50 years need to start supplementing this, or eat it in their diet. It is supposed to help these crazy heat flashers too. I wanted to start with a lower dosage, so I wouldn’t be concerned if I did eat food with Vitamin E in it already. But I personally am not able to eat ALL of the required nutrients that are left out of a multivitamin. No matter how many whole foods I eat. Especially since our American foods are not farmed as good as back in the day. In the meantime of waiting for RFKjr to overhaul our food and Big Pharma, I will take a supplement.

Miracle Sleep - not sure it was supposed to help with sleep but it does

I had never heard of this product before but it was suggested to me that I try it. I take it at night with my fish oil and I am sleeping better - like through the night! I don't have a clue if that is supposed to happen but it definitely has happened and I am so grateful. I'm encouraged that it is an effective product and hope to see long term results.
