Will this work with an AR9, 9mm pcc?

yes/no. It will fit and hold the AR open for cleaning just fine. BUT the diameter of the cleaning tube that goes into the chamber is too narrow/small for 9mm cleaning tools (brush/jag, etc) to fit through. Love this for my AR15.

Will this fit a 22lr ar-15? tippmann m4-22 to be exact.

AR15 platform is an AR15 platform regardless of mfgr.

What is the biggest size bore brush that will fit through it?

it's designed for 223/556 to protect the chamber and bore from accuracy-robbing damages. I only use 22 caliber bore brushes.
