Does what is says on the tin
I use this just to add some additional ports as I had run out on my Router. Was looking for something mid-range price that was plug and play and worked straight off. This did the job perfectly

To Use PoE you need more research on your networking device.
I like it, it works with the cctv that the reason why I buy it. However, I need to mentioned to buyer that I need to use a switch between the router and switch. I knew sometimes you need to do that because the internet provider device may not satisfy PoE require.

Mejor de lo que esperaba
Funciona a la perfección, tengo 3 cámaras IP TRENDnet conectadas al switch PoE TPE-S50 y no hay fallas ni se calienta. El diseño es robusto, de metal, no necesita eliminador de corriente, basta un cable normal para PC o monitor. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Angeschlossen - funktioniert
Diese Rezension geht schnell. Trendnet 6-Port mit PoE an den Strom angeschlossen. Mit einem anderen Switch verbunden. 2 VOIP-Telefone an die PoE-Anschlüsse gehängt. Sofort gebootet und initialisiert. Läuft jetzt so ohne Aussetzer seit Wochen.Fazit: 100% Kaufempfehlung

Excellent value for the money
At this price, it's a no brainer for poe cameras. Watch out though, it's only 10/100 (not 1000)! I didn't care since the cameras don't need it, but you might!Otherwise it's a dumbswitch (unmanaged - which means you just plug it and it works, no config required). If all you're after is some poe for cameras, this is it. For the price, you'd only get a couple of power injectors and this provides 4 ports.I use one of the non-poe ports for uplink and the other for a passive 24v power injector (Old unifi AP).side note : it's been in my garage since it's installation and worked flawlessly in less than ideal conditions (it's a detached, isolated but not heated garage).
