It’s been 3 years I used thus product no issues till now

Minimum temp is not there to get continuous ROTIS even after green light goes OFF.
When the green light is on the Roti is coming with Buffing and very good and when the green light ( when the set temp reahes ) is goes OFF that time the Roti is not coming good. Need development on that so that the permananent temp should be there to get good Roti. We should not wait for the green light to come for next Roti. Even after cut off the temp should be there to make Roti. Now sufficient temp is not there.

Good function but handle broke after a month.
This is actually a very useful product though I never got a well cooked and popped out chapati as showed in vedio.Still I was okay with it since I always got a well rolled and half cooked chapati. I would then quickly roast it on stove top and it stayed as soft for a long time.Update after a month:-the handle broke when I tried to press and roll. Now it's of no use. The handle could've had a better support and stability.
