For example, the set includes SEVEN shades of Blue and SIX shades of red. All of them have fantastic pigmentation, are very soft and creamy, and lay down smoothly and easily. Beautiful colors.Soft creamy textures. I didn’t expect them to be such good quality!I won’t decrease my rating because Amazon sold me a used box that arrived a day after the expected date and therefore too late for my class.It’s not the company’s fault.

I am just starting to draw but I love these. They layer really nicely and are soft but not too soft. My son got pentels as a gift and those are horrible, couldn’t get it to layer at all and smelled so bad. So I decided to buy some for myself and I am very pleased with these

Excellent intermediate artist grade product! This oil pastel applies to paper similarly to soft chalk pastels but with the smoothness of oil/wax pastels. Very satisfied with the quality of this set.

Love the colors. They aren’t super easy for me to work with my I’m not to oil pastels. They are buttery but go on so think and done blend great but maybe i just Don’t know what I’m doing. The blending methods I have tried, are my finger, brush with oil, and Q-tip.. also wish oil pastels had thiner tips for details
