First of all manufacturing of large adult cuff with double tube is a great service to humanity as mercury and mercury free BP apparatuses don't companies don't manufacture large adult cuff that leads to diagnosis of hypertension in 30% of normotensives.Only major problem is unavailability.Also the tube length that is attached to BP apparatus to transduce air pressure is short. It should be longer comparable to conventional tube length.Also the vertical height of the cuff is more leading to tying of the cuff cumbersome as many of our obese individuals are only obese not taller. But i understand that the manufacturer has designed it as per standards a vertical height of 50% of length.I wish to get contact details from whom i can purchase large adult cuff without restriction on number purchased
