No, this is not gluten free. It is beef suet mixed with wheat flour. The box warns it contains gluten.

Yes, suet can be frozen. When I used to collect my own suet from beef roasts, I would freeze it so I could accumulate enough for plum pudding. Atora does not need refrigeration but it could be frozen if you want to keep it longer than the use by date.
