What an effor! by Dr. Zarina Sani and Dr. Vinay Vaikar in compiling this beautiful dictionary which helps in understanding meaning of most of Urdu words used in Urdu Ghazals and Poetry forms. All words are in devanagari and meanings are given with help of contextual versus, couplets, shers.

It is a great reference book for a beginner like me. The author, co-author and other connected people have put in huge efforts in compiling, classifying and presenting the information to make it easier for the reader to understand. They have also taken pains to review and update/revise the content in later editions. Really great effort in giving a wonderful reference book for Urdu Gazals.
