Josie Maran is the gold standard for Argan Oil body care. There are argan oil products from other companies, but Josie Maran is--in my opinion--the best. The main ingredient in the body butter is organic sustainably sourced Argan Oil. Other significant ingredients include shea butter, glycerin, and aloe vera. Josie Maran creates "clean beauty" body care not based on petroleum or mineral oil. The scents are natural. My favorite scent is the Vanilla Pear, made of pure Madagascar Vanilla with a subtle, bright note of pear that is not cloying or overwhelming. It softens skin and makes the skin smoother and firmer. Win-win-win. It is the best. Price is competitive.

Absolutely in love with this product. I am very dry in the winter, and shaving my legs is a horror show, leaving my poor legs in dire straits. This body butter is magical, making my skin feel like a baby's bottom from the first use. I slather it on from the neck down and my whole body feels so soft and moisturized. I am a customer for life. Not greasy at all, I even work what's left on my hands into them to keep them from getting dry. I'm a compulsive hand-washer and get eczema if I'm not careful with keeping my hands lotioned up, and this stuff works to keep the dryness away.This must be said: this does have a smell, from the natural oils, but it is very light and doesn't linger on skin. I tried the vanilla bean scent before the unscented and didn't care for it. I much prefer the unscented version.

I had tried a few products for my dry, flaky skin to no avail. I was told about Josie Maran Body Butter and loved it! It is a heavy product so a very little goes a long way. After three days, I did notice a difference so I shall continue using it. I also like the fact that you can purchase the travel size. There are also different scents available. If you like vanilla, you will love the vanilla fragrance. It’s a bit pricey, and you do have to dip your finger down into the shower as It is not in a pump. I will definitely purchase again.

I've been using this body butter for quite some time. Love it! Really moisturizes. This time I decided to try the Vanilla Pear because that's the only scented one in stock. I do not like the smell of it. To me it was not pleasing, and I find myself spraying extra perfume to drown out the scent. Not my favorite. Next time, I'll get the unscented if that's all they I have. The cream itself is very emollient, and moisturizing. Sometimes I'll find it still sitting on my shins or arms later in the day. So I just rub it in, and it absorbs.

I can't tell you how many lotions I have tried to make my arms look better. Nothing lasts! But this cream does and I will not use anything else....I'M SO HAPPY I TRIED THIS!!!
