Sub par packaging but product is great.
Fragrance is great but packaging was unacceptable. The box was crushed and flattened so all 6 boxes were flattened. Every incense pack should be sealed but they are open. Such open plastic pouch make incense sticks lose their fragrance. Proper sealed boxes and plastic pouches are expected for such products. I love Zed Black and will forever use their brand this is why it was disappointing to see this product.

Not like ZED Dhoop sticks
I purchased this item, since ZED dhoop sticks (5 varieties in one package) was not available in Amazon. But this is not like the Dhoop sticks of ZED. Even the scent names are same, these agartahis emit less smoke and doesn't fill the room.

Agarbatti is good but I have received only 3 flavored agarbatti as per commitment and advertising I received only gulab attar phool and one more. Three flavors are missing in package. Worst package and delivery
