Awesome product. Fit my old Toshiba laptop like a glove. Only it's not a glove, it's a battery and clips into the bottom. That was just a figure of speech, you know. Anyway, great price and now I can actually take my laptop places with me instead of feeling like a hermit, hunched over a machine in the bell tower or something. Okay, I think this review is weird enough at this point. I will stop writing.

The batteries in my and my husband's three year old laptops were not keeping a charge for more than 20 minutes and we found these here at a much better price than what Toshiba was offering for replacements. So far they are working great! Considering our laptops are not set for saving power, I really cannot complain about a fully charged battery lasting an hour and forty-five minutes!

I bought two batteries just in case they do not last very long and because I'm not sure how much longer I will have this laptop. The price is really great for the product. It doesn't fit perfectly, but it fits. The only thing that I don't like about this is that it takes a while to charge. I believe it took about an hour to fully charge the first time. I get 2 hours out of the charge and as a college student, two hours is enough. If you don't want to pay $130 from Toshiba, buy it. It's well worth it.

For the price, this is a great replacement to your OEM Toshiba battery!I bought this because the original battery with my laptop was slowly losing more and more life. After upgrading to Windows 7 it was graded by the OS as being ready to be replaced. Also, I was unfamiliar with proper care and feeding of a LiIon battery which I remedied by research on the internet. Read up on the subject to maximize your battery, especially if you purchase a replacement battery to a laptop you want to keep.I am using a Toshiba Satellite A305 and this product fit the laptop perfectly.My original battery was only lasting about 90 minutes after a full charge and this new one lasts 3 hours after a full charge and I couldn't be happier!Excellent price and excellent seller.

Fits well, looks like original, but doesn't hold charge. Had high hopes for this unit even with its low price point. It does fir my laptop perfectly. It takes longer than the original battery did to charge using the oem supplied charger. It also does not hold a charge as I would have expected it to. I guess you get what you pay for. Would seek out a better quality replacement next time, but will continue using this one until it completely fails

The replacement battery has much lower capacity than the original Toshibabattery.The battery is according to a utility program is 42.1Wh battery when fully charged.The battery seems to discharge even when turned off at rate of about 10+ percentper day even when the laptop is turned off completely (i.e. not suspended).While I am typing this evaluation the battery charge went down by 8 percent in about6-8 minutes with no other application running beside the browser, and the brightnesssetting is set at 50%. The battery charges up to full charge (around 92%) in about 1 hourfrom 10% charge left on the battery. SO, the charge time is relatively fast as compared tothe original battery; however, the charge last half as long.I have charged the battery 4 times so far, the charge level seems to be consistent at around55 minutes to 65 minutes time remaining when fully charged. And the actual run time seemsto corroborate the computer estimate of time remaining.If the battery deteriorates in its performance I will revise the review.This is by far the worst performing battery that I have purchased for my laptops(which includes MacBoook, 4 types of HP Elites, and other netbooks).So, I am bit disappointed with the sub-par performance.Judging from the other reviews that state similar result as I have achieved, thisbattery is again not a good product. But, for 14$ maybe it is meant to be sub-parperformer.

The first battery only lasted 45 mins from full charge. After exchanging for another one, the new one barely lasts over an hour. You get what you paid for with this item.Pros: cheap, fits in the socketCons: doesn't last long as it should

As a cheap replacement for my old battery (which would only last about five minutes without the charger), I'm amazed. At its peak performance I can get about two hours of charge with it,and it fit perfectly in my Toshiba L505. For the price I cannot argue, and it seems to be of decent quality. I would definitely buy this again.
