No user manual provided...need professional help to first set it up...also it cant be fixed to any bed....the part that fixes to the bed is designed in a manner that a broad head rest in the bed will not support this machine

Very good product

I used it for cervical spondylosis.I feel you need to have a bit of experience with the physiotherapist or his technician.My physio advised me to get traction at home as it will be convenient .He asked me use 3 kg of wt.If a detailed instruction is added to the product it will help us all.Of course with a disclaimer.In addition I am taking a homeopathic medicine which is helping my year old cervical problem.
