The zipper is not real tough but it will hold if you are careful with it
I am a one man band type of performer. I can pack cables and power cords for 4 self powered speakers, an amplifier power cord, (2) 50 foot mic cords, a 6 foot (6plug) power surge protector extension, 2 10 foot cords and power cord for the keyboard and two extra 14 gage 15 feet each power cords.

POORLY MADE! Ripped immediately upon opening.
I’m so disappointed with this bag. I am a mobile DJ and was looking for a portable solution to manage my wires. This looked absolutely perfect and I thought for the price it would be good quality. All said and done this was $95 after-tax. I opened the bag up and immediately the dividers tore away from the side of the bag and the individual dividers are not sewn well or completely near the top. Two of them are starting to rip away from the liner too. See the pics. Outside of the bag feels very durable and has great pockets and space available. Inside is poorly made and would not withstand any long term use. Returning and not interested in a replacement Save you’re money.

Will do the job if your expectations are correct. 3.5 stars and I'd buy it again
The media could not be loaded. I have a professional seven-piece band. We run our own sound with EFX, crossovers, monitors, and mains through a 16 channel board. We're always looking for ways to simplify and streamline set-up and tear-down. This bag is well-suited to store all of our patch, instrument, and specialty cables for the PA. As other reviewers have said, the compartments are a little small for long mic/power cables. You could fit one 25' mic cable in each compartment, and also a 25' power cord. The long side pocket will easily hold a couple of power strips (we don't use it for that). Each compartment easily holds 3-4 six foot patch/mic cables. The multitude small side pockets are great for small items like 1/8" cables, marking pens, etc. that would probably migrate around the bottom of the bag, because the compartments are not sewn to the bottom. The materials are plenty sturdy to the task it's being used for - hold about 15 lbs of gear. The bag will stand up for easy access, as long as you have a couple of items in it. It was pretty smashed right out of the Amazon box, but that's not reality. The coil zippers are a little undersized for my taste, and the sewing is just a little sloppy (lots of loose threads and frayed material in the interior. It won't affect it's function. The handles are a bit disappointing. The small set is ridiculously short, and unusable with the bag full of gear. The long handles are just ok. I'd prefer them sewn all the way around the bag, the way heavy-duty duffles are made - then again, this isn't a heavy-duty duffle, this is a cable organizer with lots of compartments. The grab handle on the end is nice. Two would be better. If you use this bag as a medium duty organizer for your elaborate set of smaller cables, you're going to be very happy. If you're a one-man band who has shorter cables (less than 50'), this would probably work for you as well. If you're looking for a super heavy-duty bag to carry your 500 total feet of mic cables, and 200 ft of power cables, then this isn't your bag. I gave it three stars, because I believe it will work. I paid $79 for it, making it $20-$35 cheaper than similar bags that don't seem to be any better. This way better than tossing all your stuff into a duffle, and much lower impact than a rolling rack of drawers that actual sound companies use. If the handles were better I'd give four stars.

Liked it but not tall enough
The product is built well. The shoulder straps are a bit short and it would be nice to have velcro wrap for the handles. It would also be nice to have another grab strap on the other side of the bag so it can be picked up by both ends. Zippers seem to be OK construction although a bit difficult around the corners, that is for most bags with square corners. All that is pretty minor, but would be good perks. The reason I did not like it is the bag is not tall enough. The cords have to be wound very tight in order to fit them in the bag and that is not easy. especially with a 100 ft cord. I really liked the bag other than the cords not being able to fit easily and quickly because of it not being tall enough. It will probably be a pretty good bag for those that are good at tight cord wraps and don't have a lot of long cables. NOTE: I don't think the height issue is only specific to this cable bag.

Very nice. I would definitely recommend this for anyone traveling or just flat out organizing their cables. Great quality materials went into this bag.
