NEW REPLACEMENT PUMP FOR PK18219

Replaces the pump on our 20 year old pressure washer. It is good as new

Mounted easily, works fine. My pressure washer is ExCell EXPH-2225-HD bought new in 2001 I think. Honda 5.0 engine which still starts and runs great. New pump shown in the pic. Note: quite a bit of black carbon-like oily water came out during the initial hour of use. Could stain some surfaces. See 2nd pic. There was a note with the pump saying some oil could be expected during initial use.

Easy to install, although I did use washers between the pump and motor to assure that I wasn't putting too much pressure on the power shaft. But not sure if they were necessary. The performance seemed equivalent to the OEM pump. I can't comment on the longevity since I have put just ~3 hours on the pump. The original power washer model that I used this pump on is a Ex-cell DeVilbiss Model #2227CWB, 2200 PSI with a B&S 5.5 HP engine. So far I would recommend this pump.

This pump is exactly what I needed. I had a very difficult time finding the correct replacement pump for my 20 year old Honda power sprayer, but the supplier let me know which pump I needed, and it bolted on with just 4 bolts and it works great. The one issue I had was when the supplier shipped me 2 pumps instead of the one I ordered. I wasn’t charged for the second pump and it took several emails to get the postage paid return label emailed to me. In the end everything worked out, and so far I’m very happy with the new pump.

Just 4 bolts to install new pump to pressure washer and works great. Pumps-N-More very helpful confirming I ordered the right pump to fit my pressure washer.

Would have been five stars if the unloader valve was adjusted properly. Compact and sealed so no messing with oil reservoir. Overall good value.
