Canon SELPHY CP1300 Wireless Photo Printer (White)

This is a handy little quality printer for postcard size photos( 4 inch by 6 inch). The paper is good quality and with a little bit of tweaking- in my case increasing contrast and let printer manage colours , the output is high quality and pleasing. Works wirelessly and with cable. Prints directly from computer and through the Selphy app and also directly from SD card. If the cost of printer is excluded then each print comes to about Rs 13. The refills packs are cheaper from Canon store- the RP108 cost me Rs 1498.

May be a little photo editing to adjust the brightness. You can figure it out with use. Canon needs to upgrade the editing apps. One is canon print, the other is canon SELPHY. They are good, but improvements are needed. Apps are the main reason for it to get 4 stars. I considered 3, but dint find it fair.

Good product and essay to use, Amazon service amazing.

The image shows ink cartridge and paper sheet but the package doesn't have both.. What's the point in selling a printer without the ink cartridge and paper.. Really bad.. Now I have to buy ink cartridges and paper separately to check whether the printer is working..which again comes around Rs 2000.. I have to wait for about a week to check the printer..I guess I made a mistake buying this..

We set this up at our wedding reception so guests could print out photos, keep them and leave copies with us for the guest book. Once you get the hang of how the basics work, you can really make it work for you quickly. I not only printed out photos to display/hang for our reception wedding table, but the guests had fun, our kids are having a blast making small photos for their journals (they love mini things!) and I've been adding photos to my wedding gift thank you cards of our honeymoon, or how their gifts are being used already. This is the gift that keeps on giving. I bought a few packs of the Canon RP-108 Color Ink/Paper sets through Amazon too, for about $25-$30. We've owned this since Aug 2020 and I've only just started using the second pack of paper. I find that the easiest mode to use it in is the Direct Mode. First set the printer to the "Direct Connect" feature, so it sends out a wireless signal. Then you need to go into your wireless settings (smartphone or computer) and choose that wireless connection as your internet (only while you're printing). There are apps you can upload but I find that some of the phone or computer programs can print directly to the printer with ease too. You just become limited in functions (choosing borders or how many photos print on one page) sometimes if you're not using the apps. I feel like I have so much more to explore with this printer but my kids and I are having a blast getting more into journaling and scrapbooking. This would be an epic gift for all ages. I'm gifting each of our kids one of the boxes of paper/ink that they can use however and whenever they want. Buy them while you can get it in stock!!! My only complaint is that when I first started printing photos, the images were super radiant and impressive. Somehow over the past month many of the prints are coming out a bit too dark. I will read and look up if there's something I can do to recalibrate it. This is even after changing out the ink cartridge...dang it.

Je dois avouer que j'était sceptique aux début après avoir lu des avis partager sur internet mais maintenant que je l'ai testé je peut dire que je suis impressionné. Les photo imprimé sont d'une qualité époustouflante ont dirais quelle vienne d'un labo! Et comme j'aime énormément la photographie c'était un must pour moi. Les couleur sont également reproduite fidèlement et sont très vive. Les photo sont pleine de vie et n'ont pas du tout d'aspect fade et mort. L'imprimante semble également très solide elle ne se brisera pas facilement si on l'utilise comme il faut et qu'ont en prend soin Le seul petit contre je dirais que jai rencontré ces que l'image peut etre redimensioné et coupé si la photo est trop grande mais ces facilement règlable avec des appli et autre babiole. Autrement je suis très agréablement surpris et je risque de m'en servir pendant très longtemps. Je suis vraiment heureux de mon achat. Et si je trouve autre chose a dire que ce sois positif ou négatif je l'inclurais dans mon avis ci présent. Voici quelques photo que jai pris et fait imprimée la qualité de l'image ne pourrais pas être reflèter a sa juste valeur a cause de mon téléphone. Mise a jours: les couleur pour la peau semble plutôt pale mais ces facilement règlable avec un ajustement de saturation autrement les photo reste magnifique donc je laisse mes 5 étoiles.
