Great sandals
Great sandals at a great price. A definitly value purchase. They're very comfortable. Strap adjustment is a breeze. They are true to size and fit nicely, even with my wide feet.

Oh, Chaco's. Why do you have to be so lumpy!?
Whenever I try on Chao's in the store they have a massive arch lump that's in the wrong place for my foot, and they're just an awful experience. These don't have an arch lump, so I went for them. But they have lumps on either side of the heel. WHY!?! On one of my feet these lumps are tolerable and become unnoticeable after just a minute. On my other foot they are a constant pressure for hours and days on end. This is completely unnecessary and makes the shoes unwearable. I gotta return them. I have one pair of Chaco's made in a brief period when the company must've backed off on their internal motto of "We know what shape your feet ought to be and we will only make sandals for that shape!" They're basically flat. No lumps. This shows that the heel strap lumps are not necessary for structure. It's just that Chaco's wants your feet to conform. Well, mine don't. Darn! Other than the company's poor judgement on shape, these are light weight, very durable, and comfy. But the fit is just awful! And they're expensive.

Soft!
Chaco’s have been my outdoor sandal. The firm footbed and strapping system has been a solid performer, far better than the majority of outdoor sandals on the market. That firmness though doesn’t provide any cushioning, which the Cushz does. So far just testing them out on the carpet these have the same contoured footbed, with that extra plush feel. The sole isn’t rugged like the traditional Z’s so I don’t expect these to have the same durability. But as an everyday sandal these are absolutely perfect. The heel strap is lined with soft neoprene and do slip a little, just tighten the instep a bit. I will say the strap like other Chaco’s is on the long side.

Held up well to outdoor elements
We had trouble finding a good water/hiking/outdoor shoe for a grandson right before summer camp, and he liked the style and color of this one. It came the day before he left, and fit as expected. He said it was comfortable and it held up good after a week at camp. It was easy to adjust to his foot and game him good support.

Super comfortable, perfect fit, actually a better color.
Happily, they are a really nice khaki color and not this golden color that's shown. I bought them for "house shoes", and was pleasantly surprised that they are a nice color. They are very comfortable! Right now, Chaco's are all I can wear because of toe surgery, and recommended by my foot surgeon. I bought a handsome tribal print pair of chacos. That was my first pair and wanted a pair for around the house too. I don't see myself wearing any other brand. It's a game-changer. The Cush style is comfortable enough to wear all day, and I love the sale price.

Great, but not for me
The 6 men’s is a perfect equivalent to 8.5 wide women’s! I thought I found the perfect shoe, until they set off my plantar fasciitis after wearing them indoors for an afternoon. They are super comfortable, but in the end the squish didn’t provide enough support. Still, I’d recommend them to people looking for a cushy sandal who also do not require support.

Comfy
Not bad. Much lighter than my classics that are about ten years old w vibram soles. I’m sure these won’t last as long but much more comfortable. The review about toes sliding forward is likely due to the owner not knowing the straps go through the sole and can be tightened very easily. I’ll keep these for sure.

Great buy, great color
They’re nice, comfortable, fit well. Was deterred by the reviews at first, but figured Chacos are Chacos. I rolled the dice and won, they’re great. More sage-ey in color than the pictures make it seem, pleasantly so (since at first I was worried they were too skin-toned - thankfully they’re not).
