Saints Row 2 - Xbox 360

Wow, where do I begin, this game is amazing! I am a huge fan of San Andreas, I think it was the most complex game ever made, and I have been dying for a true sequel, (GTA IV is good, but can't compare), well this one I think takes the cake. So heres some things you can do in the game.You can choose to be a boy or a girl (yay) any race, you customize everything, there face, body, clothes, their walk, the way they talk, taunts, everything. This game is action packed, you start out locked in a prision and escape spraying gunfire at anyone who gets in your way, thats a great way to start a game I think.You ride around completing mission, just like in GTA, the game also has things called Activites, and theres plenty to do, you can go to a fight club and when money with each fight, you can be a bodyguard, you can get it on with some girls (thought they dont show it) You can sell drugs, you can even ride a four wheel engulfed in flames and just drive around causing destruction, for money! I wish that was a job in real life.You get to own all kinds of property in this game, and you can spend money to pimp it out, you can turn a shack into mansion and have all your gang buddys hang out there. There is all kinds of car customization, you can customize the car to the style of your gang or whatever you want, you can even put spikes on the sides of the wheels that will flatten other peoples tires. You can actually buy weed and beer in this game and smoke and drink and get high, awesome! Also there's planes and helicopters to fly in this game just like in San Andreas but I don't think there's a jet-pack lolIn some ways this game is more complex than Sand Andreas, in some ways not. But overall this game is great and should have been GTA 4. It has tons of replay value and it can take you months to finish everything. If you like sandbox style games with mindless blooshed, check out Saint's Row 2.

GTA Vice City did not hold my interest. This has. And I'm a gamer girl, for what it's worth.I've had a lot of fun with this and that's without doing very many of the over-arching plot missions. I love the hit-man assignments (though I'll admit I've had to look up online how the heck to get some of them to spawn the target) and also the chop-shop car stealing runs, though I suck at identifying some of the makes that are similar to each other so that makes it more of a challenge. Stealing one of everything on the map is helping with that; got most of the vehicle types in the game stashed in the garage of endless space now (edit: rats, finally ran out of room at around 60).Character customization is great and so is are the options when you go to buy clothes for them. You're not just buying clothes in a pre-set color or pattern, but you can usually customize the heck out of them to the point where the same clothing item can look like anything from a black open long-sleeved sweater with white buttons (formal chic, anyone?) to a gangsta basketball jacket-shirt. And yes... with the initial character customization settings you can very definitely make a she-male (yay for the M rating lol) and then crossdress the heck out of things if that's your thing. It's mine, so rock on.I would have liked more options in the voice choices, which for a guy are ghetto/gangsta dude, pseudo-British goon, and mister bad Spanish accent. So my obviously Asian guy sounds like Antonio Banderas... the least not-like-my-character choice there was. I'm actually finding it pretty humorous, but yeah, could have used a few more options there... though you can also choose from the three girl voices too. XDSo yeah, everybody plays a game differently, and a sandbox game is the most true to that concept. That's how I've played it so far, and I look forward to doing more of the actual plot missions so that I can finally take over more neighborhoods. Priorities, y'know.

Saints row 2 is a great overall criminal game. The story line focuses on new gangs from the first Saints Row, plus an additional police unit too. There are about 10 new weapons, and many new cars, plus now there are airplanes and watercrafts. Also, you can purchase houses and custimize furniture to your liking. The only downsides are that drug stores now only have blunts and 40 ounces, nothing else. Also, cars tend to disappear out of nowhere. Finally, the angle of driving is very low, and the car may block your vision a tiny bit, but then again, there's cruise control which will maintain a certain camera angle. Overall, I was very pleased with Saints row 2. It has it's downsides, but it is still a very great and fun game, and if you like the other saints rows, or Grand Theft autos , then you will like Saints Row 2.

SR2 is a rare and unique game, with endless amounts of activities to accomplish.The story was heartwarming and fufilling after the main character comes out of his coma after 5 years: this matches what happened at the end of SR1.-It is obvious that GTA-SA was an somewhat influential for this game (e.g. music, driving cars, etc)-But this game is completely different and unique.-You can customize your character in standalone mode, without the need of online access.Highly recommend this experience!

Fantastic game, if you enjoyed RDR, any GTA, Crackdown1,2,3 you will enjoy this game, makes GTA look like my little pony, vulgar an probably not for kids

XBOXONEを購入し、下位互換があるとのことで久々にやりたくなりました。日本語版もありましたが、どうせなら表現規制のない北米版を購入。商品の状態にディスクに傷ありと明記されており、北米版ということもあって日本版本体での動作保証は一切なかったのですが問題なく動作しています。いい買い物をしました。ありがとうございます。

ゲーム自体はグランドセフトオートを想像していただければ分かりやすいと思います。ただこちらは「おバカ要素が多い」「武器が豊富」「チートが多い（ＧＴＡサンアンドレアスくらい）」などがあり個人的にはコチラの方が好きです。もちろんこのゲームは日本版も発売されています。が、しかし・・・。私は日本版（ＰＳ３版）も北米版（xbox360版）もやりましたが天と地ほどの差がありました！！日本版はＣＥＲＯの糞規制審査のおかげで・血が出ない（大したことなさそうだけどチェーンソーなど特定の武器を使うときの迫力がなくなる）・死体が2秒くらいで瞬時に消える・一部ミッション、過激ムービー等のカット・セインツロウのお約束でもある全裸になれない・ヒューマンシールド（人を盾にすること）ができない（ＰＳ３のみ）などなどその他多数の規制が入りこのゲームのおもしろ要素を完全に消しています！特にＰＳ３版は酷く、もはやセインツロウと呼ぶには相応しくないモノになっています。それでも日本版を買うならxbox版をオススメします。北米版はこれらの規制が一切無く「真の自由」が楽しめます！！チェーンソーで豪快に敵を倒すもよし！全裸で街中を縦横無尽するもよし！好きに殺っちゃってください(笑)「北米版が欲しいけど英語が・・・」と言う方もご心配なく！私も英語はダメダメですが、親切で分かりやすいマップがでるのでミッションが理解できないということはないでしょう。ムービーも雰囲気で何となくわかります！セインツロウをお考えなら是非一度北米版に挑戦してみては？？＊なお、チートはＰＳ３版・xbox360共通ですが、xbox版のみ？チートを使用すると以後、実績が解除されなくなるので使用には注意が必要です。さらに、チート使用は伝染するのでオンラインプレイをする場合は相手の許可が必要です。

これはギャングチーム「セインツ」のリーダーとなり、「スティルウォーター」という街を支配していくゲームで、俗に「箱庭ゲーム」と呼ばれるタイプのものです。色々な意味で有名な「グランドセフトオート」シリーズとそっくりな感じです。さて、ゲームを開始してまず主人公となるキャラを作成するのですが、この自由度の高さに驚く人が多いと思います。例えば「目」の部分だけでもまぶたの高さと幅、目の高さと幅、瞳の大きさ、目の内側の角度…などスライダーを調整して非常に細かく設定出来ます。なので、時間をかけて頑張れば、有名人や自分そっくりな主人公も作れますし、他のゲームやマンガのキャラをリアル調にしたキャラを作る事も可能だと思います。その後、「プロローグミッション」をクリアして街に出るのですが、街の広さにも驚くはずです。僕は「ドラゴンクエスト８」でもマップが広いと感じたのですが、このゲームはそれを遥かに超えていると思います。しかも、街の住民のリアクションも多彩で、店の広告などの細かい部分まで作られていて移動するだけでも楽しめます。しかも、この時点ですでに何をするのも自由。一気にミッションをクリアして街全域を支配するも良し、「アクティビティ」や「デバージョン」という寄り道要素をクリアして強力な武器や乗り物を揃えるも良し、意味も無く悪さをして警察やＳＷＡＴを相手に戦い続けるも良し、と本当に何でもありです。また、この商品は「北米版」という事で、ムービーシーンにおいてキャラのセリフは全て英語、かつ英語の字幕も一切出ませんが、そのムービーが非常に丁寧な造りで、あまり英語が解らなくても大体のやり取りが想像出来るという点がすごいと思います。そして肝心のゲーム本編においては、ポイントごとにやるべき事や目的地をちゃんと英語で指示してくれますし、画面左下には見やすいミニマップが常に表示されています。それでも何をするか忘れてしまっても、ポーズメニューからちゃんと確認する事が可能で、至れり尽くせりな仕様となっています。ただやはり、これだけのボリュームのゲームともなると粗も目立ってくるわけで、車関連のバグがかなり気になりました。車は恐らく、大半の人がこのゲームで最もよく利用する移動手段だと思うので、これは残念な点でした。またこれは個人差かもしれませんが、フリーズも結構発生しました。しかし、その残念な点を差し引いても全体的にかなり丁寧に造られたゲームだと思います。僕はこの手のゲームも洋ゲーも初めてだったのですが、特に困る事も無く、楽しくプレイできました。主人公がギャングという設定に抵抗が無い方なら多分楽しめると思います。結局このゲームのジャンルがよく解らないのですが、「アクションＲＰＧ」に近いかなと思いましたので、その手のゲームが好きな方にもおすすめです。
