Genuine Orignal 48 Whr battery from dell. Got it delivered in 3 days. Great Packaging from dell. Got it for Inspiron 15R 5520. Replacing the battery after 4 years. Battery died after 6 months
I had purcahsed this battery for my inspiron in Sep 2019. it has been 6 months and this battery died. I have contacted the seller for warranty, since the product carried a one year warranty on it. The seller has not responded yet. I bought this assuming it to be a genuine OEM product not a cheap chinese make or local brand. However the battery did not last long. The seller is "SE Traders CBE". I would have been ok if the battery died after an year, Either the product is defective or lower quality and customer service of seller is not at all good.Not response from the vendor yet so far. this seller should be banned from selling on Amazon

Original piece with expected performance
Bought this laptop battery from Amazon some time back. I am using Dell Inspiron 15R 7520 model. I've had it since Jan 2013. Being a heavy gaming machine in those days, the laptop battery usually lasted 2-3 hours before I needed to recharge it. Off lately, the battery could not hold much charge and ran out very frequently. The new battery is an original part and lasts for 2-3 hours as its original counterpart. Pretty happy with the performance for now.

Orginal Dell battery from TPS sales
I bought this for my Dell Vostro 3560.Delivered well before time.. within 4 working days.Battery looks original and was packed well.I'm happy with my purchase.Dell service centre wanted to charge me rs1000 just for seeing the laptop. And didn't even tell me on the phone if they have the piece. Approx cost quoted by then was 3500±. Plus they would keep the laptop for the full duration.I saved a lot of time and money in this deal.Posting pictures, blue label was my old battery. Grey label is the new battery.

Bad Battery from Dell!
Very poor battery quality. Doesn't last more than an hour to hour and quarter max. Also, the battery doesn't have the blue label as in the picture or as on the OEM. Attached picture of actual product received and that from the website are shown. Dell 6 Cell Original Battery For Inspiron & Vostro

Not really pleased with this
The battery is genuine and works like a charm. What bothers me is the charge retention capacity. It hardly provides me with 2 hours of backup while watching YouTube(video quality: 480p) at 30% screen brightness(resolution: 1366X768), keyboard backlight turned off and no peripherals attached. I remember the original battery the laptop came with gave 3+ hours of backup. While I don't doubt the genuineness of the product, what I suspect is this is a refurbished product. So buy with care.

All looks good except fully changed capacity.
All looks good however there is big question on capacity Design capacity is 48,000 mWh however on Day one When fully charged 46,560 mWh. Thats 4% less than excepted. This is problem and it will gradually go down and its not expected to have such number on day 1 itself.I will update review in weeks time after my testing of its capacity.
