A little CLR and/or a scrub brush fixes that very easily and in no time at all
I wasn't planning on leaving a review but after my recent experience with Giagni customer service, I have to! I purchased this unit in April of 2014 so it's been a little over 2 years now. The only issue in spary mode is after a few months the streams are not straight-flowing and cross each other. BUT, that is only because I have very hard water and there is calcium build up. A little CLR and/or a scrub brush fixes that very easily and in no time at all.The reason I contacted the company is that my soap dispenser (included with the faucet) quit pumpiing soap after a rescent refil. I called their Cust. svc line and was speaking to someone w/in 2 minutes. I explained the issue. It wasn't a minute later when the rep just asked for my address to send me a new soap dispenser unit!! No questions asked. I was totally not expecting that! I am surprised by all of the negative reviews. For me, it looks and works great! I guess I'm one of the lucky ones!

Great faucett
It’s been super good. My dad bought one of the touch ones, used it a week and put the old one back on. Most new ones spray to wide. These have a tight spray pattern not messy.

Thank goodness we have replaced this faucet
This was in our new house as a builder fixture...if that tells you anything. We replaced it for a Kraus faucet for the same price as this listing though, that is much higher quality. Since we moved in a year ago we cursed every time we used this forsaken faucet. It is like a farce. The springs and appearance make you think it’s flexible and will do the things you would expect of any decent, made in the last 20 years kitchen faucet. However, THERE IS NO EXTENSION. And the springs have no flexion. This means the head comes out of the cradle and moves a good inch. That is not useful. You’d be better off paying much less and not kidding yourself by buying a higher quality fixed faucet. Even folks that came to our house one time, when we complained later about it, would be like “oh yea, that thing was TERRIBLe!”. Just don’t. Again, you can’t clean your sink, or fill a pot on the counter, or anything this thing looks like it would be capable of doing . Washes hands great though. That’s all.

Keep looking!
The only reason I didn't give one star is that we did get 5 years of use out of this faucet, which we purchased through Lowe's. It has issues though. This faucet is utterly intolerant of hard water. The buttons on the spray head began sticking in place shortly after we started using it. They would have to be pried back out with the tip of a knife blade. We tried soaking the head in vinegar, but there is no real way to clean it. Finally we just gave up on using the spray function and would try to remember to tell guests, "don't push any buttons!" The base plate that covers the extra sink holes isn't stiff enough to seal at the ends just by being tightened down in the center. I tried multiple rounds with plumbers putty, but a little water always seemed to seep through, so I ditched the base plate and bought separate caps for the extra holes. Finally, the thing developed an internal leak where water was coming down the supply hoses where they enter the bottom of the faucet. I replaced it with a Kohler and wish I'd done so earlier.

Fittings don't match most U.S. Household plumbing lines. You'll need to purchase additional adapters. Lowes sells the same faucet with the correct fittings for most homes for less money.

buy a reputable soap dispenser before your forearms get bulky
only 1 upsetting thing: the soap dispenser. after the!st week or so, it seems it became possessed and was firmament bent on making ever hand wash, every soaping of the sponge, every sink cleaning and garbage can detailing moment seem as if i had to give it as much attention as i had to give myself back in grammar and parts of high school just to get the slippery desired substance from the bowels of the delivering tube out onto the desired object. never the less, i love it.

after I had used one in a vacation rental home and loved it. Sadly
I bought this faucet during a kitchen remodel, after I had used one in a vacation rental home and loved it. Sadly, comments made by other reviewers have proved to be true. After a few months the sprayer button tends to get stuck. I found that tapping it against the sides of the sink would usually unjam it. But after about 18 months, the nozzle froze up and nothing at all would come out of either spray or flow function. I called Lowe's and as they didn't sell replacement parts, they gave me the number to the company. While others say they have had no satisfaction from the company, I was immediately shipped a new part which to date (about 3 months)has worked flawlessly. Two years later, I've amended my rating to five stars. I've removed my complaint about the soap dispenser, as it merely needed to be primed ( this happens once in a blue moon), and it too has worked flawlessly.

Low water volume/pressure after install? Old pipes clog the screen...
First: We loved the design of this faucet. The high arc faucet with the flexi-connector solves the design problem of pull-out faucets, where after a year or two of use the pull-out part gets frayed and looks like crap. Second: On installation, we had minimal water pressure and volume; we used it for a week that way and realized it couldn't be intended to be like that. I looked up the spec sheet and installation instructions and it said the faucet should provide 1.8 Gallons per minute at 60 psi. We measured not quite 8 cups in 60 seonds. So WELL under spec. Then I looked at the installation instructions, which were mostly pictures and a few lines of text in English, French and Spanish. The text was basically useless, but I finally realized one of the pictures showed the handle part removed, and a spray coming out from the hose itself. SO I unscrewed the handle, and pressure was fine. At the top of the handle is a screen, that caught all the rust and crud that came out of the pipes in our old house. Cleaned that out, screwed the handle back into place, and now the new kitchen faucet is very satisfactory.
