I should have known better
I've never had good luck with Jason products, but I decided to try this out since it was for my husband and not me. He has reactive back acne and we've been trying to find a natural product (or really, any product) that at the very least does not cause his skin to react, but ideally, one that will help heal as well. Well, first, he didn't like that he had to use a lot of products since it doesn't foam and doesn't stay on the washcloth. That would have been ok if it had worked, but his back got worse, poor guy. Seriously, painful cystic welts on his back and chest. I don't understand why all Jason products do this - who buys this stuff? We've since discovered Trader Joes tea tree body wash and that's our magic ticket - natural, no testing on animals, extremely inexpensive, and his skin looks seriously fantastic! Weirdly expensive on Amazon, but luckily for us we have a store nearby. Go try that and save your money and skin from this garbage.

very good, but how long will it last?
This is a very good, gentle, body wash that also works well as shampoo. The pump bottle is excellent--it's so much easier and faster to use than having to pick up a bottle and squeeze product out of it. My only criticism is that it seems that it isn't going to last very long, and therefore may be an expensive option. By comparison, Aveeno makes a nice fragrance-free body wash, and it takes less of it to do the job. It doesn't come in a pump bottle, however.

Nice body wash for those who don't want scents.
Great unscented body wash. We took it for camping trip in National Parks.

Not Impressed!!
I have the driest skin ever. I have tried every kind of soap there is with moisturizing. None of them were any good. They still left my skin dry. I hate putting on lotion since it takes so long, and having to do it more than once a day. I can't stand that feeling of slippery gooey lotion in my hands, I just cringe... just a negative fetish I have, kind of like nails down a chalkboard. Aghhhh!!! So because of that, I look for an excellent bath soap to do it for me. I was very excited about trying this Jason product--another disappointment. It does not make my skin soft right after the shower just as the others. It feels good and soft in the shower using it, but it leaves nothing on me for softness when you rinse. I guess I'll have to keep looking. If ANYBODY out there knows of something for me to try, I would greatly appreciate it.

Mild but still washes my husband up well!
A few years back I switched to only natural products... then it was my husband's turn. He could not find one that he liked. They all smelled to flowery or fruity or something. Now he is addicted to this. It doesn't have a fragrance but is thick and cleans well. He has sensitive skin and this is mild but still cleans well. Our only complaint is this packaging redesign. Luckily we had some old pump bottles we pour this into. The new design makes it difficult to come out and when it does you get too much. So we still buy this but put into the old pump bottle. Also the price went up but we are addicted now...

Not just fragrance free
Kind of viscous and different feeling than other body wash products, ...no suds, but smooth feeling, and does a nice job of cleansing without drying the skin out. There is still a slight odor to the product, and it is kind of medicinal smelling. I read the front label but did not really understand all the terms of what is doesn't have in it like the "SLS" which now I learn means no sulfates. Overall I like the product.
