Wow . . . this strip is the best. It’s advertised for migraines but it can be used on any area of the body (neck, knee, heel, calf, toes, biceps, etc) where there is pain. Eliminates the pain fast. My elderly relative has various aches and pains that can be brought under control fast, and I mean fast. The strips last a maximum of 5 hours before they dry out but I check or remove them after 4 hours. Way better than ice packs with no need to refrigerate or guess how much ice you have to put in and ice bag. The adhesive works great. And if it’s a big area, you can easily put on two strips (or more) to cover the problem area. My relative always says these strips work better than a pain pill. Five stars doesn’t truly describe the effectiveness of this product.

The Be Koool Pads really work, they make my migraine headaches better and I can sleep at night without waking up during the night with a migraine headache.

Remember when you were little and your mom used to put a cold wash cloth on your forehead when you were sick? These actually stay on your forehead and stay cool for a long time! I have actually fallen asleep with one on and woken up with it in the same spot! I suffer from chronic migraines, so a fellow migraineur recommended them and I became an instant fan. Not only do they help alleviate the pain of even mild migraines/other types of headaches, but they are great for fevers as well! They not only stay on your forehead, but don’t leave a residue on your skin. My husband used to think I looked “goofy”, but recently has been having sinus/allergy issues and has been asking for them! I can’t even count how many friends and family members I have recommended these to who are now regular users. These really are amazing!

Like these but they don't stay adhered to the head unless maybe you're lying down on your back. Other than that great product.

Still great but the price has gone up. I HAVE SUFFERED FROM MIGRAINES SINCE I WAS 9 YEARS OLD. THE NAUSEA, THE VOMITTING, THE STABBING PAIN IN MY EYES, THE LIGHT HURTING, THE TENSION IT CAUSES IN MY HEAD!!!! THIS PRODUCT IS AMAZING. I HAVE TRIED OTHER PRODUCTS AND THEY DO NOTHING LIKE THIS. IT COMES WITH 4 TOTAL PATCHES. THE BOX HAS TWO SEPERATE POUCHES AND EACH POUCH HAS 2 PATCHES FOR A TOTAL OF 4 PATCHES. THE BOX WILL NEED TO BE PUT IN THE REFRIDGERATOR, NOT THE FREEZER!! TO KEEP IT COLD. WHEN YOU APPLY IT TO YOUR HEAD YOU CAN PUT AT TOP NEAR EYES, OR ON EYES AND IT WILL SOMEWHAT STICK BY ITSELF. I ACTUALLY USE VERY LOOSE HEADBAND TO HOLD IT ON MY HEAD. THE PRODUCT STAYS COLD FOR ABOUT 3 HOURS AND RELEASES WHAT FEELS LIKE BEN-GAY OR SOMETHING SOOTHING ONTO YOUR HEAD/TOP OF EYES. I KEEP THEM AT HOME AND WORK. THEY EVEN HELP ME TO CUT DOWN ON HEADACHE MEDICINE. IT HELPS TO STOP THE NAUSEA AND THE STABBING FEELING ON MY EYES

I read an article by a neurologist saying that insomnia is because the prefrontal cortex is too active(at the wrong time). They said that cooling it solves the problem and they have a sleep mask with cool water circulating through tube's. I wanted to see if it worked, so I tried Be Koool straps and it does! 2 minutes after putting it on my forehead, the thoughts and music stop and I fall asleep!
