Yummikeys stainless steel toy keys

We received it today and I was really excited about it m my son is teething really badly and I wanted to ease some pain for him. Since he loved playing with my set of keys I thought this would be a good idea. You don't think about the money when it comes to your child . However when he was playing with it suddenly he stared screaming to my horror he cut his gums with it !!!Not happy at all will be requesting refund ! One of the edges of the toy key was sharp !!!!Never again !So disappointed

This was bought for a seven-month-old who has milk, soy and dairy intolerances because of this no teething medications could be used to ease discomfort as most contain lactose though got comfort by biting firm objects and at times...their fingers. Initially heard about Yummikeys via social media and had fantastic positive reviews, not wanting to give actual keys to them for obvious reasons and of course their safety.Upon opening the packaging first impressions, they are rather cute and seem to be finished to a high standard with no obvious visible imperfections also reasonably lightweight. The product description states “Cotton Bag” unfortunately ours was missing and nowhere to be found within the packaging. Not a huge loss but would’ve been nice to have to keep in there when not in use.Sadly, initially, they were immersed in the overall feel, texture and coloured beads, but that soon ended in merely throwing them away eventually thinking it was a ”game” Now this isn't the product's fault far from it as each child takes differently to such things. They may be a godsend to other parents and babies/toddlers unfortunately, just not ours. Regardless it’s still a well-made product. A little on the pricy side for what it is though definitely could be doing with a price adjustment. I do like the idea it can be personalised as a keepsake though which is only available on their website. It would be unfair to remove any stars simply “Because”, it didn’t work for us.

I spent ages trying to decide if this would be worth the money and sadly for me it really wasn’t. My son keeps wanting our keys and I thought the cool metal would feel nice on his gums. I think what he doesn’t like is that they are so flat, he likes more textured teether, these are almost too flat for him to chew. If I had spent a few pounds I wouldn’t have minded but these were really expensive (I paid £27.50), I was just desperate to give him some relief. I achieve the same result with a teaspoon.The quality is really good, hence giving three stars. They do feel safe to give to baby and they make a nice rattle.

Dangerous! This product arrived broken and had I not seen it my baby could have chocked!

I thought about buying these for a few months as my 1 year old son was forever chewing on my house keys, but the price put me off. When I did eventually buy them he didn't really like them as much as I had hoped so I was quite disappointed as I had just spend £25!! I know all children are different and many love these. I wish i had bought the necklace instead then at least i could have got more use out of it! Nicely presented.

This product is exceptional made and I love the story behind them too - the founder has really invested her heart and soul to create a product that is practical, effective, stylish, and long lasting. The quality is exceptional and the shape is visually pleasing. I bough these as a 'new baby' gift, and I think that they are high quality enough that they would make a lovely christening gift too. The recipients are delighted and the yummikeys are being happily drooled over! From the photos I have received I can se that they are the perfect weight and size for those cute little baby hands! The smooth surface and rounded corners also provide a great texture for little bits to explore, alongside the beads. I think it's very reassuring to be able to give your children a product that is safe for them (much better than gnawing on plastic) and provides some support during teething. They are well worth the cost given the quality, frequency of they r use, effectiveness, and durability especially given that they can be kept for additional children (I have two and would have loved a product like this when they were teething - I would perhaps have got them engraved to and would have kept them for sentimental reasons... I know, soppy!). I will be buying again for future baby gifts as every parent and child will benefit from a set! Well done YUMMIKEYS!

I was a little worried with them being metal and whether they might be sharp, but these keys are fantastic! They are so well made.My baby loves them, definitely worth the money.

They’re really great! Not like any other “toy” I’ve saw for a baby!My baby seems to really like them however she does get bored of things so easily but she has played with the keys a lot longer than she plays with most things.They’re well made & imo quite lovely, I do think they’re worth the money with the hard work that goes into making them.The only thing I slightly dislike is that they stick together when wet but I just dry them off again so they jingle 😊 thanks again!
