Fun game of where’s the rats was played
We’re shipped with dry ice to keep them frozen, delivery truck dropped my package off at the wrong house, spent two hours trying to find my package, looked in the bushes, under my truck, on the roof, in the tree, checked the dog house. Turns out they were delivered to my next door neighbor, the reason I know this is because they were expecting a package as well, the reason I know this is because as I was looking I heard a scream and went and checked on them, found my neighbor had fainted in her kitchen with a open box, and when I looked in the box I found my rats......but yea my snake likes them too

Ordered during September when they were having hurricane issues so the rats arrived a little late. They kept in email contact with us to let us know the situation and make sure the rats were still frozen and safe for feeding when we received them. Very happy ordering more.

My snake was pleased
Ordered a 10 pack a few months ago, this fed my ball python for quite some time. They were nicely packed in a large ziplock bag, with ice inserts. The package was still cold and the rats were still frozen. I was very pleased with my experience.

Not bad, but I'd like larger rats
Order was prompt and my snake enjoys the rats. I recommend they use dry ice rather than regular ice, since the regular ice had melted and the rats were just starting to thaw. Also, it would be nice if they sold large rats.
