When this tree arrives it will be tightly packed down for shipping, but after fluffing it out it is very full and beautiful! I included pictures of when I first set it up and after fluffing so you can see the difference. There are many lights, which I love, and they are so easy to work. Just attach the three parts of the tree and the lights automatically connect to each other so that there’s only one plug. And the lights turn on and off with a foot pedal. So easy. I love the color changing options as well, also operated with the foot pedal. This is a very realistic looking tree and I’m very pleased with my purchase!

We were worried when pulling this out of the box because it was very compact. It took nearly an hour to get it plumped up (branches moving in all directions to fill out the tree) but when we were done it was lovely, very full, and very realistic. Don’t give up on it when you first pull it out of the box! Love the easy light connection and are hoping this will serve us for years to come.

got a tree a few years back from walmart, had a turning base, pre lit, fairly realistic looking, but my partner wanted an upgrade.see this one on amazon. had the typical 4.X stars, amazons choice label, and it was in a sale. heck it was almost as inexpensive as the old walmart tree. What could go wrong?!I open the box... it reeeeeeks of plastic.the branches were just these taped up steel rods with the "foliage" looking like the ugly offspring of astroturf and lametta plastic strips. it looked like they cobbled this tree from the leftover junk from making better trees from recycled beach chairs and all the green plastic straws that starbucks threw away when they wanted to make a big show about their love of sea turtles.I don't want to put too fine a point on it but I can probably whip out a better simulated tree using spray paint, glue, an old tv radial antenna and a few dozen ikea bags, then again, i don't want to give them any great ideas for free.

This tree, when properly fluffed (and yes that does take some time) is so full and beautiful. It looks nicer than some of the other really expensive brands. The power connect system is awesome and it’s easy to set up. In fact, I’ve set it up by myself (5’3” woman). The lights are plentiful and bright and it’s so fun to be able to change the color. The reason it’s getting 4 starts instead of 5 is because the lights are now getting dim and some are not working at all. We got 3 perfect years and 1 year of lights starting to fail. That being said, I plan to buy the same one to replace it this year.

I am beyond thrilled with this tree so far! I still need to do a second fluffing pass, but it looks so darn good already! I shared pictures of the bottom piece fluffed, the middle piece added from box, the middle piece fluffed with the bottom and then a few pics of the whole tree with a couple different light settings.If you’re thinking about this tree, just do it. I wish I could keep this thing up year round, it’s that beautiful! Just make sure you spend the time to properly fluff it!Can’t wait for this year’s holiday memories!

So far I love this tree. Easy to setup, very full, and great set of lights displays. Two things to note: the product description states 4026 branch tips but that is incorrect. If you look up the model number elsewhere it is listed around 2500. BUT the tree is still VERY full. Also there are two extra plugs. One at the bottom and one about mid way up. I tried to rearrange plugging them in but whenever we messed with the connections the lights would not turn back on. We ended up just leaving these two unplugged bc all of the lights work and are synched so I’m not sure where the extra things came from. There is also an extra plug at the very top but this is to attach an a star if you desire. This tree could use an instruction manual for the extra plugs.

Company staff unfortunately isn't trained correctly in company 's warranty policy. The tree has issues with the lights as noted by other individuals. The tree is a two piece setup, very easy with included stand and 12" center post extension. Tree requires the opening up of branches after lowering of hinged main branches , it take a lot of time and patience, The lights are connected by the inner elc contact inside the center pole ( line up correctly and push the top and bottom tree parts together. Very important there are elec wire connectors for light wires make sure they are hand tight before opening up the branches !!! . There are 2 e!ec connections that are not used , may be for extra lights ? Now the neg, there is no e!ec connection ( standard 110 plug outlet) for a lighted tree topper (you have to run an extension cord) . The company doesn't make a tree topper to utilize one of the 2 elec pin connections not used ) . The company offers a battery powered topper. With a tree of this price & design engineering it's not acceptable not to have a 110 outlet built into the center tree post or their own compatible lighted pin connected topper. The lights are not wound to branch tips not vg the hang in different positions& wires are visable .blue,red,green, violet, yellow, all white, steady on flashing etc ) . The light switch is fragile not operating correctly at all times. I don't recommend stepping on it to operate. Lights as many others indicate on reviews , some section(s) with steady on glow low and then high and then steady on & shut off in sections . The lights are a big neg problem bad elec design. Light problems are stated by to many others in reviewing not a one off. Ok would I buy again NO go for another manufacturer for the 400+ price dont be flood by higher # of lights that have problems.merry Christmas. Unfortunately the customer service before Xmas vg with promish to send replacement lights and switch under warranty as tree was registered. No parts received and no answer as of Dec 28th via customer service number. Not vg disappointed.
