got it really fast so no complains about the shipping, put the shower head, the hose is short wish it was 70", it is nice and flexible, shower head is nice too, nice size, now the bad part is the top to be screwed on the water pipe, as soon as I pushed the switch on the head to turn off the water, the water came out of the top, tried to turn it to make it tighter but then the water came out of the ball part which allow the shower head to be put in different position....the end of the hose at the top was letting the water out too....I ended up using the old attachment which isn't leaking, I put the hose and shower head on it, it is working and not leak...so there is something wrong with the part holding the hose and shower head..other than that it is working good

Not sure why review as about suction power of a shower head. Great great value. The fact it comes with Teflon tape to prevent leaks was a great bonus. Nothing really fancy about this product. Was used to replace a “fancier “ one which was pricy and had broken. This shower does it’s job. And worked well as I need a shower head that is higher than standard hight that comes out of the wall.

Product was delivered promptly and well packaged. Instructions were adequate. Quality of the product seems good and installation was straight-forward. Two issues encountered - I was installing the product for my elderly mother, 1) the ON-OFF switch is difficult for her (and myself) to use, hard to move and not well designed for older hands and 2) the hanger hook provided is attached to the shower head stem and therefore too high to reach for a short person making it useless. The hose/head now hangs down and when the water is turned on will whip around somewhat. I will need to rig another hanger of some kind to hang the head from. Otherwise, works fine.

Received item discount but that does not affect my review. For the shower head and the metal hose they work really well. The part that you use to connect to the shower and that holds the head leaks, but I simply used a different water diverter and now the rest of this works very well.

New updated review 6/21/2020; Sadly as great as this shower head was for exactly one year it failed. The hose ruptured big time causing one heck of a mess in the shower. So now I've got to buy a new one.Old review 6/2019; Heck, if I had known how reasonable a shower head could be I'd have replaced the old eons ago. I'm a pretty critical consumer, just ask Amazon. But, I've gotta tell ya this shower head was so easy to install a kid could do it. Instructions were eezy peezy. The price was so reasonable I'm kicking myself in the butt for putting up with the old shower head and hose with water pressure far better than the $100 one I've put up with for 25 years. And, it's light weight.Yes, yes, a thousand times yes I recommend this shower head and hose. So, there ya go.

Was hesitant to get one of these large heads because of the weight, but this one is amazingly light. The Pause feature helps save water, the different sprays can go from a relaxing mist to a full jet to help power wash long, thick hair. The extra long hose was a bonus that enables me to clean the entire shower/tub and to reach even my toes without having to stretch the hose to the breaking point like my old one. Took me three years to get one of these. Now I wish I had gotten one years ago!

I LOVE this shower head! It's got great water pressure and different settings that are easy to set and are all really nice. I love the on/off switch, which is what I was really looking for to replace my older one, which conveniently broke a few weeks after looking around and picking this one. It's exactly what I wanted! One note of warning, make sure the head is securely pushed down into the holder or the water pressure will send it airborne...potentially into your face. LOL. Learned that the hard way. But that's user error. :D

I wanted an on/off switch and this shower head had one. The problem is that once you turn the stream off you can't turn it back on. The switch is very hard to move while the water is running. Solved it by adding a separate diverter.
