All of the listing photos show outlets with ground plug at bottom. This was important for my intended use. Item I received has outlets rotated 90 degrees with ground plug toward front. This becomes important if your device has a 90 degree molded plug to keep it close to a wall. Having the outlets rotated in this way defeats the purpose because the plug is now perpendicular to wall.I selected this item because of the dimensions and the specifications. Too bad the product being shipped does not match the product being displayed.If anyone from manufacturer reads this, I would gladly buy another one if the orientation of the plugs can be guaranteed.Update: I decided to order one of these from the BestBuy website and pick it up at the local store. I went to store and wanted to look at store stock of this item & another Rockfish surge protector (the 6 outlet swivel one) . Unlike the items shown on line, both had outlets turned 90 degrees. So I went to the pickup counter to cancel my order. While I was trying to do that on my phone I asked the clerk to get the item just to make sure it was not what I wanted. When she brought it over I saw that it had the plugs oriented in the advertised way. I took the ordered item & went to look at the other store item. The UPC #s are the same but next to the model # of the shelf product is printed: Ver 2.So if plug orientation is important there are 2 versions of this item: original (version 1 ?) and version 2.

Look at the picture! The orientation is 90 degrees off. My computer plug won’t work for me traveling. Uh the reason that I bought it. No product QA/QC in the entire process from Szechwan to Amazon to the numbskull who picked it off the racks? This is inexcusable for a product to be designed like this. These are the mofos managing to steal our information? Ugh

Website picture shows VERTICAL plugs on each side. Product received has HORIZONTAL plugs on each side which makes it impossible to use in the limited space application for which I bought it. Website clearly states "Free Returns"; however, the Amazon returns website will not allow me to process a return of this item. First time I have ever had a problem returning an Amazon purchase.

Item received isn’t as advertised. The item listed has the outlet vertical which is that’s the way it works for me, but the one I received has horizontal outlets.Look a the picture here I upload and compare them with advertised item.Also, the one listed at Best Buy has the same issues because I went to a Best Buy store first and bought one and had to return it and then bought one here at amazon and came with the same problem.I even called tocketfish Company and they said they didn’t know about this issue and that they will talk with the product Engeneers.Good lucks and pay attention if you want outlets for 90 degree plugs this one won’t work. Unless, some were shipped with manufacturers defects.

The product that I received has the plug rotated 90° from the photo. This makes it unusable for me behind my flat screen tv. Unfortunately I destroyed the packaging trying to get it out so now I probably won't be able to return it. I don't understand how this happened so buyer beware!

First thing to know is the the orientation of the side plugs is 90 degrees different than the product photo. That did not make a difference for me, but it could for some.Assuming the joule rating is accurate and the thing works, this is a great low-profile surge protector for TVs mounted on low-profile mounts. I thought is was overly expensive at first, but after some research, I realized it is priced about right for what it is purported to do.I have an inexpensive TV in my garage, mounted to the wall with a low-profile fixed flat mount, and had a hard time finding a surge protector to fit behind it (no room for a power strip). This device does the job for my application, but your mileage may vary. My TV has a 2 prong plug that fits just fine. The only device I have plugged into the TV is a Roku Streaming Stick Plus, which is powered by the TV's USB port.

With such a high rating, I didn't want to believe that this company was still shipping units with the plug oriented in the wrong direction and not as pictured. All of the appliances I wanted to use this on have a flat profile plug, which would make the cord stick straight out from the wall. It doesn't even make sense the way it's oriented. It's like this company got these at a bargain basement price because someone screwed up during manufacturing, and now they're trying to sell them at a premium price. So back it goes as a return.

The orientation of both of the units ordered were incorrect. If you are putting one behind an entertainment center, most probably wouldn't care. However, If it's going behind a wall mounted TV with the outlet also resides behind such TV, the orientation could be very important. I returned both without even opening.If the orientation has changed on the unit from a manufacturing standpoint, I would suggest updating your screenshots to reflect.
