Absolutely love these!! I am going through rough spot with my knees after several accidents this summer. I have been going to Physical Therapy and part of that is heat packs for my knee. I am having problems convincing them it's BOTH knees...lol. So I decided to get my own heat packs. These looked study enough. I wanted something heavy and big that would wrap completely around my knee. They do that, so it's a cushion for your knee plus having the heat wrapped around the whole leg. 2-3 minutes zap in the microwave will give me half hour of good solid heat. Feels like heaven to the joints.I saw a complaint about the buckwheat shifting or not being even. Well, it can shift. Anyone who has had a buckwheat pillow will not what you are dealing with. You just shake the filling back into place. The covers come off so they can be washed. They also can be used for cold packs, though I haven't tried this as yet. My target is good heat. I think they provide heat as well as the Physical Therapy ones, maybe even better.I cannot be more pleased with the results, the size, the quality of the wrap, or how they work for me.

I love Bucky travel because it’s small enough to put in an overnight bag . It heats up quickly and gives enough heat on the neck to loosen the muscles. What I didn’t like too much is that there aren’t enough to fill up completely so the contents roll to one side which means you have to fold it up to get all the heated portion on one side to apply to an area like the shoulders. Maybe this is why it transports great for travel but I would purchase a full one to use daily that doesn’t require balancing the medium inside to one side to apply to your entire shoulder area

After a huge disappointment from another product like this, I was skeptical about this. This heated easily in two minutes and took an extra 30 seconds with no problem. It is pliable and fit around my arthritic knee easily. I also found it helpful around my lower neck and upper back. My only issue is that the inside material shifts quite a bit because there are no sewn compartments. But, I also think that makes it more pliable, which is important. Would definitely get other sizes, etc.

Yes! Warm this up in the microwave (carefully) to heat it....or stick in the freezer to cool it. This appears to be chemical free and smells of the warm buckwheat filling, not other questionable chemicals, when heated. I used this when I had a neck strain a few months ago and made long hours sitting at the computer so much more bearable til I felt better. I then ordered one for my co-worker who had a rotator cuff injury/broken humorous (not humorous!), and she had a similar positive experience with using it for both cooling and warming. Finally, I gave another one to my supervisor who had recent lumpectomy. She used this mostly from the freezer, and told me it really helped her out with post-surgical pain.This soft, cozy Bucky will comfort what ails ya. A+++++.

I've been using this brand and item for years. I sent back the first one due to a grassy-like smell. The next one was not as strong but clearly is made of different materials. I'm keeping this one but will not purchase this brand again. 3 stars as it heats up nicely and does the job but oh that weird smell.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my step dad. I let Amazon know in January that the product has split open after one use and was not working. Amazon had me contact the seller directly but they ignored me and eventually the time for return passed. I would not buy from this seller.

I bought this years ago and my wife STILL loves using it. She can reheat and use it as many times as she sees fit and she often sprays a scented oil to give some aromatherapy as well. All in all, a great purchase.

Good product

Its great and it heats up nicely. The only thing I dont like is that it isnt full enough if beeds. It leaves open areas without beeds so it doesnt cover a good area.

Tried microwaving with and without the sleeve but always ends up feeling very wet
