Works great, makes a difficult to reach port accessible.
I have a device that I use on my desk at work, and lock up every night when I go home. Its power block is inconvenient to reach between my desk and the wall, but the micro usb port on the device is positioned in a hard to reach spot on its case.With this cable plugged into my device, a USB powered fan, I can disconnect it easily from the charger cord at night, and lock up the fan. For a very low price, it was an absolute game changer.

Saved my headset
I just had to throw out one of the pair and I am now buying a new set. If I didn't use this in-between my headset and the often unpluged charging cable, I'd be spending a whole lot more for a new wireless headset.

The jacket for the cable and cover for the jacks are high quality. The connector construction looks good. Good value for the price.

Great for extending the life of your electronics's microUSB ports.
I have several wireless, battery-operated electronics that use a built-in microUSB port. I use this product as a charging medium to handle the typical wear from repeatedly re-connecting charging cables. instead of the my electronics' ports taking damage from use. This product does it for me. Just need to replace them every few months. Seems like a good trade to me!
