These work and do the job. Curbs my appetite and has helped me lose some of the weight I want to lose. Controlling my appetite is a big thing for me and these Nopalinas helped me lose 5lbs in one month so far.

I use these about 4 or 5 times a week. I drink them twice a day on the days that I choose to drink them. I notice a difference when I don’t take for a few days in a row, bloated, so I try to avoid that. Good price for a good product. I prefer the capsules over the powder, I don’t like the taste of the powdered version, so I tend to stick with these. I would recommend them and I’ll continue purchasing these. Shipping was fast!
