I enjoy taking smaller than recommended doses and a bottle of this can last me 2 months...... I like to take quarter scoops multiple times throughout the day especially after doing something that makes me sweat.Very Refreshing and it tastes great!

These greens are by far is the BEST greens in my opinion, I’ve been taking these greens for probably about 4-5 years now,I personally do not ever eat vegetables, but I do supplement this every day, I ALSO USR MILK NOT WATER, it’s Really Good with milk!I also saw someone ask if it’s a preworkout.. that’s a HUGE no, it’s a vegetable/greens supplement.Also a good reason why one may have more energy from taking them is because your body is absorbing REALLY good nutrients that in fact are meant to make you feel good and alive and have energy.Anyway.... I haven’t been sick in YEARS, just sayin. It’s a legit product.My favorite is the chocolate flavor with milk, to me tastes like chocolate milk, also helps to use a lil ninja cup blender... just quicker than stirring.

This is my new favorite go to greens powder now. I blend this in my smoothie in the morning before work, and it tastes great! I also have tried it alone with water, and even though the smell of the greens isn't that great this stuff actually tastes good on it's on, which is quite surprising for a green powder, but also wonderful! I will definitely be repurchasing this product every time I run low on it... I should also add that my husband likes it too, and the fact that we share this product and it has 60 servings in it is just the sweet topping to this wonderful product!

I have been using Cytogreens for years. I have also tried many other "greens" supplements and this one not only taste the best, but also has the best profile. No fillers. No Soy lecithin. I have had allergies all of my life and since I have been taking this stuff I don't. Its not really for energy, although depending on how sensitive you are to caffeine, it can give you a little boost due to the matcha. It really is a great complex of ingredients all proven to have benefits of their own. Taste is not for everyone, but just mix it with orange juice, or I mix it with my vanilla protein and almond/soy/rice milk. It mostly taste like matcha I think.

I purchased this product because of the ingredient list and transparency. I can't comment on any efficacy and can only take them at their word.The only downside in my opinion and specifically for the acai berry green tea, is the flavor. I don't look forward to tasting this product. I can't taste any of the acai berry, the green tea completely dominates the flavor profile. It's also a little chalky or grainy, which doesn't help the situation.I have tried drinking it with protein powder and it still overpowers any flavor that I've tried. The best and quickest way is to chug it and only taste it once.I thought I liked green tea flavor until I tried this product. And I definitely enjoy acai berry, so maybe if they could retool the ratio of the flavors to increase the berry flavor, it would be more drinkable.

I use this because I have a hard time eating my vegetables, it especially doesn’t help that I need more greens for my gains at the gym and this is a great supplement for greens.

Tastes great mixes easy and will last you a long time.
