KATE BUSH:SINGLE FILE.
Originally released in 1983,to coincide with the single file box set of all the 7" singles released up to that point, this video showcases all of kates promo films in chronological order from her debut hit,WUTHERING HEIGHTS,right up to her only flop single,THERE GOES A TENNER.If you already own THE WHOLE STORY on video then this video is still worth a purchase if not for the nostalgia value, then for the chance to see a few rare Kate Bush promos (at least in the sense that you won't see them on t.v). Among the rarer of the vids is a promo for SUSPENDED IN GAFFA which, despite looking like it was rushed,is the only video in which the single was never released by EMI in the U.K as a single. Also worth noting is the promo for THEM HEAVY PEOPLE which is actually the on stage live recording played against a newly recorded studio video. Highlights (for me) have to be ARMY DREAMERS, SAT IN YOUR LAP (some excellent choreography) THEM HEAVY PEOPLE,and BABOOSHKA.(this has to the most simple yet sexiest video ever made. forget britney, christina and jlo,This is how it's done.) All in all a great video of a great performer.

Kate Bush video extravaganza!
I purchased this as I seemed unable to find a dvd version, but this made an adequate substitute (which I transferred onto dvd quite easily for ease of playing). All the hits are here from the early days - from 78 to 82, and it’s been so good to see them all again, unedited and looking very impressive. My favorite song will always be Wuthering Heights, since it first blew my mind back in 1978, but I’d say my favorite video is the awesome Babooshka - where Kate morphs into an amazing warrior woman for the anthemic chorus.Kate looks and sounds amazing throughout this showcase of her early singles, and this is certainly a must for all fans - well, ones that still have a video machine!

excellent condition VHS tape
Both tape and box in excellent condition - like new. Quality of playback is excellent taking account it is original VHS from circa 1983. Wuthering Heights is the studio version - not outdoors. Pure theatre in all tracks as expected. Kate Bush looking good as usual and still quite young in this era.

it was great to have a replacement that was essentially new
Having had my own copy of many years, destroyed by water, it was great to have a replacement that was essentially new. Works fine picture excellent within the confines of VHS and of course Kate Bush is still mind blowing in videos from the 80's she has kind of tried to forget but which were and still are very inspired. Lastly very prompt delivery and well parcelled up. Excellent.
