I love to cook and bake, and enjoy incorporating dried beans into our meals throughout the year. A wonderful comfort food that is thrifty, tasty, nourishing, and easy to use for any meal. These Red Kidney Beans from Iberia do not disappoint, and are a must have in my pantry. - Always consistent in quality and freshness. - They cook up beautifully and easily in a crock-pot on low heat, after soaking over night. No fuss, no muss. - After cooking, the beans are creamy and beyond delicious. - So versatile, no recipes are needed. Great for any meal! The photo is of a simple bean side dish I made with beans soaked overnight, herbs, seasonings, vegetable broth, diced onion celery and bell pepper, a good drizzle of local honey. Don't forget the ground cinnamon! Cooked on low in crock-pot. So creamy and delicious, and great for any meal. Leftovers are even better. A terrific value, too. I highly recommend this product.

Good value, clean product, very few split beans. I bought these to have some on hand dry and I also canned some for easy fast use later. I noticed the beans were pretty clean when rinsing them, I saw very few split beans and didn't find any debris. Some brands of beans I have found rocks, bits of the dried plant and other debris. They canned well after soaking overnight. I would recommend. Cook time and texture was the same as any dried red bean.

As one who has studied nutrition for over 50 years, I’m always looking to update my game with high-quality protein sources. I don’t know if I’m crazy, but this kidney bean seems to have a texture that is so delightful, unlike any other of legume out there. Very impressed with flavor and texture.
