Although these work great for before/after athletic training, as people I know can attest, they even work great for general back pain, muscle fatigue, and stress relief. I've had these now for over a year, and they've been helping me greatly with my back pain. The days I'm on location and on my feet all day, they are great for relieving all sorts of fatigue and soreness.
