High quality and easy to use. But if there has a instructions show how to clean it then it would be great as I have to search it to know

Wonderful machine.
Now I understand why this machine is so well-thought of and so popular. It's a well-made piece of kit, easy to use and easy to clean.I bought this version with the motor because my worktops are neither deep nor have much of an overhang and I was concerned that I'd find clamping it to them difficult. The fact I don't need to do that also has one other advantage: because the flattening rollers and the cutting rollers deliver the pasta to different sides of the machine, it can ne quickly & easily turned around if you find that helpful - and I do!I put it on a folded tea-towel to dampen the motor noise on a stone worktop. The difference between home-made fresh pasta and shop bought dried pasta (even the more expensive bronze cut brands) is night and day.Be aware that not all the other available pasta cutters can be used with the motor. For example Reginette can't. I haven't tried it yet so I don't know if hand cranking will be an issue if it's not clamped. I have my husband standing by to hold it if it does :)

Almost perfect, and definitely above average
The tagliolini kept folding back in on itself (I think the dough needed to be flattened more). The fettuccine turned out rather good though. Hopefully the visual quality will improve with more practice. Taste-wise, both attempts were lovely and much nicer than shop-bought.For people with limited worktop space (like me), you might find the process of making pasta difficult with this machine. The Marcato website's pasta recipe implies you flatten all the dough first, and then you cut all the flattened dough. I had to flatten a piece of dough then cut it, flatten another then cut it, etc, etc. This process is fiddly because you have to keep removing the Atlasmotor. This machine would have been perfect if the motor drove the flattening rollers and the cutters simultaneously.

The key to crafting excellent noodles lies in choosing a high-quality, suitable machine
This machine crafts the noodles just as I have always envisioned them—perfectly

Poor quality control again
This is the second Marcato pastadrive that we have received which has arrived broken. The locking screws / nuts on the pasta drive are missing / snapped off. Given that in 2 out 2 packages these have arrived damaged, I now have serious concerns on quality control. Assuming lucky number 3 doesn’t arrive broken, I’m now unsure how durable they are such that they may snap off after minor use.Marcato, a brand that talks about quality but sadly doesn’t display it.
