I absolutely love this purse. I've gotten so many compliments on it. In my opinion it's a statement piece for my wardrobe and I feel like I'm carrying a piece of art with me everywhere I go. It's on the smaller side, as it only fits my wallet, a change purse and a small makeup bag with a few essentials.This purse is very well made. The lining on the inside is also durable. The hardware is sturdy and substantial It can be wiped clean very easily with a wet cloth. I like the outside zip pocket which fits my phone easily.I usually carry it as a satchel, even though it also comes with a removable shoulder strap.(I added a photo with a 16 oz bottle of water for size comparison.)

This couldn't be prettier. I saw the "Village" line about a year ago and got quite goofy over it, but very little was available then. Being on the near border of senility, I forgot about it until this week and there it was on Amazon.It's called a small tote, because, I guess, it has an open top like a tote bag. (I hate tote bags!) But it has magnetic closures (3) so your possessions have privacy and security. And it's roughly the size of a medium handbag, but it has adequate capacity for my treasures. I might have to forego carrying my big coupon-lump, but that's all.The art on the bag is delightful and bright: the odd little village houses, a garden with an exotic tree, and my favorite - a solitary crow sitting on a wire. (I love crows, hate totebags. Go figure.)I can't yet describe people reactions to this adorable bag because it hasn't yet made it's debut. That'll be tomorrow. But this line of leather goods always draws admirers so I expect a lot of "where/what/expensive?" conversations when i venture out with it.In case you missed anything, I love this bag and expect to spend my dotage smiling at it! Check it out! You won't be disappointed.

Perfect size for me, village scene is cute with vibrant color. The lining could be nicer, otherwise great. I might also add that i like the placement of the shoulder strap attachments because they don't show when used as a satchel.

The moment I opened this package it had a foul smell. I opened just one side and you smell like mildew. You can see from the bag it was wrapped in, fungus mildew. It seems as if the purse was in water than it dried up.

Beautiful purse! Not too big, not too small, just perfect for the style. My only issue is the way it was flattened and folded for shipping. I have it stuffed with paper to put it back in shape. It should have been shipped with paper or bubble plastic inside.Waiting for it to get back in shape to use it for the first time. Other than how it was shipped, it's very beautiful.Gave it 4 stars because of the shipping.

My husband buys these bags for me. They are beautiful. This one is smaller and only has a snap to keep it closed. But it is very nice.
