This is my first air fryer. I found that from the very first thing I cooked, some of the food did stick a bit but thought this was normal. After using nearly every day for 2/3 months, I noticed that the non stick coating was coming away. I contacted the seller and after sending a couple of photo's, they issued a replacement inner pan. This is a different design from the original and having used several times now - NOTHING HAS STUCK! I love it. The only thing I would say is a bit tricky are the pre programs. I have put them on accidentally and the pictures are not obvious. Not a problem as it doesn't effect anything I have cooked. One thing though, chips are way too easy so my intake of them has increased somewhat.... EDITED NOV 19. My second pan is losing the non stick from it and the drawer does not close tightly any more. Still works but there is a little sticking of food. I would like to be able to get a replacement insert but not sure if that will be possible. Really don't like to think I will have to get a whole new unit because of this flaw. I expect things to last a lot longer than a year.

This has been good well worth the money , you can cook assorts in it , when I come home from work ,mid evening the kids have usually cooked tea , chips. Sausages , chicken nuggets and even fish in batter, garlic bread saves putting the oven on, cooks well .

Replaces having to use my gas grill for meat steaks. Also the gas oven for oven chips. Price was very good as it was a Black Friday deal. Much less small than frying or grilling.

You need to constantly shake the contents otherwise outside cooks, centre is still raw (chips, for example). So not practice to switch on and leave like other airfryers. And don’t ever lose the instruction manual, only one of the few companies left who do not put copies online!

This is my first airfryer so I can't compare it against other brands, but I am really pleased with it. It heats up quickly and is really simple to use. The chips are excellent and so far I have also used it for sausages and butternut squash and they've turned out well.Sits nicely on the worktop and doesn't take up too much room. There is a noise when it is working but it isn't too noisy.

Never used the product when I unpacked it I noticed the pan did not fit into the air fryer very well, there was a 2ml gap on one side so the heat would escape and it would take longer to cook, not a very well made product and not worth the money, not for me.

I use this to make everything from chips, to steak and even cakes. It is amazing and the oil-free food it makes tastes beautiful. I can't go back to having oily chips anymore. Also, meat cools super fast and very easily. Just throw it in, set the timer and sit back.

I love this air fryer. I use it for everything. If it's microwavable or oven ready, I use it. I no longer fry anything or grill anything. My steaks have never come out more perfect and my potatoes don't take an hour to bake. Highly recommended this item.
