Rubie's Costume Co. Women's Medieval Warrior Costume

This costume is made very well - especially the silver panel. The silver panel is made with a cushiony fabric and adds to the look of the costume. The black and silver netted headpiece reminds me of chain maul (?).I am using this costume as part of my outdoor Halloween decor in my Medieval graveyard.I purchased the sword and shield (they come together) from Amazon last year and I like all purchases.

I love it. I danced in it and everyone thought it was beautiful. It's comfortable. You do have to handle with much care when taking it off. The mesh sleeves can get caught in rings or long nails which I have. The silver part in the chest area is very cheap so just handle with care and it will last. The pants it came with were way too small and tight for me and the material ripped in the seal between the legs and but area. I would buy it again for the top peace but I don't care for the pants.

Cross falls off immediately and little velcro in back catches the cape so that it rips easily. But the costume is pretty cool as an idea and I enjoyed wearing it. Just had to use locktite to glue back on the midsection cross and cut (using scissors) the parts of the cape that unraveled on the velcro. Hand wash.

I would have given it a 5 stars but the main cross came off as soon as I got costume over my head to put on first timebut I can glue it back on---really comfortable and light weight--- I am 5 ft 6 inches about 140 lbs---muscleur and hour glass shaped and the pants fit great and the top fit great with a little extra room in waist

For reference, I’m 5’2 and this costume fits me perfectly. ^.^ I love it and will wear it again on another Halloween!

Costume was torn in several places and runs very small.

I needed this costume for a play and it was fabulous! Very well made and held up extremely well.Overall great buy!

I honestly expected very little from this costume, knowing how most of these are poorly made, but it seemed like one of my best options for a last minute Halloween solution. I hate slutty costumes, which left me with only a few options, and I love that I decided to go with this one. I knew I wanted to be a warrior/knight/Jedi or something along those lines, but never expected this thing to be this good.The package arrived with 3 items: leggings, hood, and a main costume - which is a tunic with attached cape, chest and wrist armor. The chest armor arrived a bit wrinkled, but honestly, I didn't care. I hanged the whole thing on a hanger, and left it like that for a day and a half, and it helped some. The crosses are made out of some sort of foam, and they were glued to the armor. The upper hand of the main (chest) cross detached after I put the costume on second time (the first time was trying it on once it arrived, the second time was for Halloween), but you couldn't even tell if you didn't look very hard. Next time I'm wearing it, I'll just glue it back again by my self. The leggings are wearable for sure, but I had a better pair, so I wore mine.There was only one size, they said it's the "standard" size, so I took a risk. Turns out, it fits me like a glove! For the reference, I'm 6'1'' (185 cm), 150 lb (70 kg).I just couldn't believe how well made this costume was. I bought it thinking I'll maybe be able to use it once, but now I see I can wear it at least several more times and it will still hold shape.Oh, and the sword is mine, this epic Anduril doesn't come with the costume. :P

This was not a bad costume, but the center cross was not attached when received. My wife left it off and still got compliments on the costume.
