Lol it’s ok for a temp drawer fix

I have a 10 month old pup rottie that destroyed my stair carpet so wanted to come up with something different to make stairs easy to clean, safe and can't be ripped up.I used this however its very thin and not a lot on a roll at all. So it has taken some work and not finished yet.I have had to put 2 layers on to hide the colour underneath. I then stabpled all corners to stop it peeling up. It loses its stick quickly so I brought a strong adhesive spray. I then used caulk around the edging to make it look more natural.Still have 4 steps to do and a new laminate in hall but looks OK. It has created what I wanted for now.

I have in the past used DC-fix on furniture that needed a facelift, so I’m accustomed to how this sticky back type wrap is used, and expected this to be somewhat similar, even though it was by a brand I hadn’t heard of before.Well it is similar in the sense that it’s sticky contact paper, with a cool design to the front (a marble effect in this case, although more red/yellow/cream in colour scheme rather than the pink described!) but that’s perhaps where it ends.This paper is a lot thicker than the ones I am used to, and bubbles far more when air gets trapped between it and the surface you’re applying it to, and the bubbles don’t smooth out either- if they’re there when you apply it then you’re stuck with them.The adhesion isn’t great either. I used this one as a replacement for one that no longer fitted in my bathroom (In terms of colour scheme!) and yet this doesn’t adhere as well as the DC-Fix I used previously. I’m slightly disappointed.I will say though that it does look nice (apart from the dreaded air bubbles) and does give a nice change in appearance to my bath panel, without costing much at all, but I don’t think I’d buy from this particular brand again.If you have the patience and knowledge to ensure that there’s no trapped air between the paper and the surface when applying then perhaps you’d get a different final affect and hold a differing opinion to me, but I just found it too difficult to work with.

Love this product it is perfect makes my kitchen look amazing.

Really cheap and efficient way to update old cupboards and draws.a bit of a fiddle to get a technique but with trial and error it looks really good when it works cant recommend enough, water proof and fairly tough.

The marble effect is okay, it looks a little bit blurred almost as if someone's taken a picture and enlarged it too much. It doesn't stick around corners so you can't bend it round a table edge

I got this because I stained my dressing table with hair dye and it wasn’t coming off so I wanted to hide it but make it look nice. I just put this on and it makes a massive difference! It looks pretty & I'm happy it came out good.
