Walk With Wings

I am really in deep pain before. I lost my self confidence because my friends betrayed me. But this book helps me to be okay, to be with myself again. I feel like she heard all my cry and my pain every poem in this books keeps helping me on how to be a strong independent woman again. A lot of poems i read is really giving me idea to live a normal life again. And yes sometimes it is okay to be alone and just read books ❤️ I really recommend this book 💯 This book made me realized how worthy i am as a person ❤️

My big cousin bought me this book I been asking for hers for a year and she bought me my own 🥺 I just got it and only read a few pages but it has already touched my heart I am a 16y/o black girl I recommend all young old black women get this book !!

I discovered Tene Edwards and her poems through social media, and it made me want to read her book. I ordered it and finished it in one sitting. Absolutely loved it. Her poems are so beautiful. I felt like I was on a rollecoster of emotions when reading these poems. My favorite poem had to be Partnership. It's like she took what I have been searching for and crave in a partner and in a relationship and put it to words. Highly recommend this book.

I found a quote written by Tene Edwards on Instagram and I had to purchase Walk with Wings right away!! I have been reading it over and over for self inspiration and to guide me through tough days. I can honestly say it hits home with me on almost every level. I believe any woman or girl who is going through troubled waters or questioning their path to purchase this token of love and motivation. I have no regrets and have recommended it to many women and young girls in my life.

Short yet concise and to the point. Inspirational, motivational and very relatable and refreshing. I don’t regret the purchase. A good source of comfort.

I love this book and often go back to re-read it when i need to. Tene Edwards words remind me that I am worthy, valuable, validated, and loved. But above all they remind me that I am not alone; others have felt these emotions and some as gifted as Ms. Edwards have out those emotions to paper in such a way that lifts the soul. One of my favorite poetry books and poets ever.

I came across one of Tene's poem on social media and I said to myself I need to give this a try and so here I am😅 It was my first time reading poems and I totally loved it. A must-read! Tene's words will leave you wanting for more! Her writing is so perfect and her poems are so relatable. She definitely knows her way around words!!Loved every single word of this poem! Great collection of poems.

I bought a kindle copy and plan to buy a few paper copies. One for myself, mainly because I'd like to color in the pages, it's therapeutic to me..and the other copies for gifts. I would recommend this book to all. This book is everything to me right now. It is very easy to read. The words are well put together. I love the way how it is short and sweet. The words are so powerful that I sometimes had to re-read a certain page. I can relate to this book. This book has gave me more confidence in who I am. This book is all about the unpredictable. Life is full of surprises. You have to learn “acceptance” and live with what is coming your way. You are you’re true power. When you put yourself first, you become unbreakable.
