Basic information. Could be a bit more in depth

Its a big help to me foe doing repairs and to buy the right parts for my car plus explain working parts

It will get you round the vehicle in basic terms but there is not much there nowadays that is meaningful as you can find most things out you need to know by clicking on the various Internet forums. The big problem these days is that the Haynes manuls of today are so dumbed down that they seem to have lost their initial 'bite' as such plus the thin paper they are printed on would make a toilet roll jealous and for the retail of them, it's 'taking the windscreen washer fluid' a bit in corporate speak.

Haynes are definitely the best for D-I-Y mechanics and consider myself lucky to have purchased this good as new copy at a bargain price will definatly visit site in future

I usually find Haynes manuals very useful but this on tries to cover too many models and fails. It is of basic use if you have and SJ or similar but no use for Vitara. All the measurements in main section are in imperial units, oil qtys in quarts!! Has an addendum at back for UK models but does not cover basic things like how you adjust the drum brakes on rear.
