HTC Vive focus vision kit
Super excited to be able to stream with this focus Vision. The DisplayPort mode allows lossless PCVR, streaming options hot-swappable battery helps with long sessions. My kids are able to stream Roblox VR. Super lightweight and the fresnel lense auto adjustment is great. I’m able to see clear . The strap on the top of the headset is very helpful. You can adjust the headset and align it with your eyes to make it clear. Mentioning again it’s light weight and doesn’t cause head pressure like the old heavy ones. The back strap is magnetic easy to pop off to replace battery. I like how easy that is. Also don’t need much lighting to play which was interesting. I played with the lights off and only pc rgb lighting , impressive. Overall If you are a streamer and want to stream VR, this is the right choice we made. It’s true you can use the Meta to stream but you get what you paid for . Low quality vs high. If you are serious about streaming than you already know the answer. I made the right choice.

It's really bad do not buy there are way better options
So here is my honest review the and ill start with the streaming kit so it does not work well out of the box due to the fact the 30 watt power bank is under powered needs atleast 45 watts of power for the display port cable to even work properly and keep the headset powered its also very unstable as the dp connect with the streaming kit does not work all the time and tries to use the usb port instead causing it to disconnect tremendously. Now to the headset portion the 5k visuals the headset boasts about are not amazing at all the quest 2 has pretty much the same picture quality and the reason is is the lenses are ferensel causing the 5k to get extremely mudded down its also the first headset to give me personally a headache do to how poor the display distorts games the face and eye tracking are nice but it doesn't work out of the box which is ok now the software used for the headset is honestly terrible its plagued with bugs 90 percent of the time I would be looking forward but the entire virtual world would sit at a 45° degree angle or worse somtimes resetting the headset fixed it but that was only 50% of the time other than that it stayed the same the controllers were ok large for most people but sat comfortably for me the problem i had is they were not very accurate in tracking location with headset and would have stuttering the headstrong as well was not the best if it could rotate down just a little bit more the headset would sit extremely comfortable but unfortunately it doesn't the magnetic face gasket was nice but if u were glasses then the glasses spacer would cause the magnets to pull away and the headset would to be wonky in positions in all the headset is plagued with software issues isn't very comfortable does not work properly and the visual only sound good on paper cause the headset eye to eye clarity is extremely blurry and unforgiving on the eyes oh it also has extremely horrible god rays and u can at times see the individual lines on the lenses due to this the auto ipd adjustment also sucked the headset just has way to many cons to be worth 1200 it should honestly be 300 to 400 dollars at most maybe even less like 250 oh and if people say it is my pc I have a 5080 64 gigs of ddr5 ram cl30 6400mhz arorus x870e pro mother board 5 gen m.2 4tb 14000 write speeds a 1000watt corsair power supply so just get a beyond 2 a pimax crystal , quest 3, play for dream headset or even better yet wait for a steam frame

Best work out ever
Alittle fussy to get set up on the co outer but it works amazing. Back head rest could come down further but its a minor problem

Solid for PCVR with the fun of FaceTracking
I use this headset for PCVR. The DisplayPort connection set makes things look great but is temperamental occasionally; that could always be my computer causing these issues. The comtrollers on the one I received appears to have had some issues with touch controls and with a stick becoming stuck. I'm waiting on an RMA currently, at no charge to me. Sound fidelity was okay but I use earbuds with it instead. Face tracking is fun with avatars that support it.

Disappointing and Unfortunate
Was excited to upgrade from an old Rift S. Given the specs It sounded amazing in comparison. The reality is the visuals aren't strikingly better. It wasn't even THAT much better than an old Vive Pro 1 headset despite having specs in line with a Pro 2. The standalone aspect is kind of OK if you want to buy a bunch of stuff through HTC. But I got it to use mainly for PC. The wireless streaming was spotty AF, so ending up using the link cable for PC, which works pretty well; however, you have to have HTC and Steam VR to run it on PC. The games, when wired to a PC, were great. Good image quality, responsive, great tracking... But I can get all of that out of any other wired headset for way less money. The FOV was pretty decent, but it still feels like binoculars. Also, the fresnel lenses are bad for anything with a ot of contrast. I know that can't be helped much, but worth mentioning. The passt-hrough cameras were better than I'm used to, but still looks like old color CCTV footage. The auto IPD worked fine for me, but refused to work for another person. Tried using discord through PC and it was a trial trying to get it to recognize the mic through the Focus headset. The hand tracking works OK in HTC's software, but it is basically useless if you are playing through Steam. Physically it feels a bit weird. The halo wanted to sit diagonal instead of around the head which felt off. Apart from that, the weight wasn't bad and overall was fairly comfortable. If they made this thing work better as a native wired set when plugged in and got the streaming smoother it would've MAYBE been worth the money. All in all, if you just want a Quest alternative to play Beatsaber and VRChat, this thing is great. Doing anything else with it is a headache.

Decent but room for improvement
Decent product but the software can be a little difficult if it doesn't install properly it can cause problems with the installation somewhat disappointing with the visual clarity of the lenses when not in a full on vr environment.

Good Product!
It arrived is perfect condition and no damage was done upon transit! The VR gear works well for those like me who wear eyeglasses, if the frames are not too big. The product was pricey, but I found it to be worth it.
