Ok So Far
The chair itself looks amazing. The base is actually metal and the wheels are great. Also it is HUGE. And that is great as many gaming chairs are made for small kids. The chair also has REAL tilt and sway and can lock into any position. My review would have been 5 STARS except that my package was damaged and the top right side of the upper section of the chair was bent at the steel tubing. If they were to make it right I would make this review a GLOWING 5 STAR REVIEW.

Pu leather breaks down...
See the wear and tear on the Pu leather after about 18 months...

Very impressive chair but i got a defective screw, contacted customer support through email.
This chair is well made and impressive just to look at, would recommend it for sure. This chair is very comfortable and has great support. I had a screw that came with that wouldn't go in and upon closer inspection i saw that the screw was slightly bent stopping it from going in correctly, i have contacted customer support and would definitely rate 5 stars depending on how well the customer support deals with my little issue.

Gas cylinder stopped working
I bought this product about 2 weeks ago and the gas cylinder just stop working and doesn’t go Up or down anymore. Took it apart and put it back together. Don’t recommend spending so much money on a gaming chair if it doesn’t work doesn’t work.

overall great quality
easy to assemble, "all the holes were in the right place" it has a felt/leather exterior, reclining ability is fantastic high degree than i expected. for the price i would imagine it would at least a adjustable lumbar support, and no pillow.
