I'm writing this review several months after applying this sealer. I installed a brick veneer backsplash behind my kitchen stove. This sealer was easy to apply, had a clear matte finish that didn't alter the brick or grout colors and thus far has kept moisture, water/cooking steam and food splatters from staining the brick. Very happy with this product!

EASY TO USE BUT DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH USE TIME TO DETERMINE WATER RESISTANCE. DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCT ON AMAZON IS CONFUSING. MAIN HEADING INDICATES ONE QUART BOTTLE OF CONCENTRATE MIXED WITH WATER TO MAKE ONE GALLON OF SOLUTION WHICH COVERS UP TO 150 SQUARE FEET. THE DESCRIPTION UNDER "CONCENTRATED FORMULATION" INDICATES THAT THE ONE QUART OF CONCDNTRATE IS TO BE MIXED WITH WATER TO MAKE TWO GALLONS OF SOLUTION WHICH COVERS UP TO 300 SQUARE FEET. ALSO, DESCRIPTION STATES THAT LIQUID IS YELLOW IN COLOR BUT IT IS WHITE.

It is an OK product. Results not very satisfactory. Hard to tell the effects after only a year.

It applied easily and effectively resisted water from landscaping brick surface.

Great product!!

This worked great on my walls to help prevent efflorence. I also painted over this product then sprayed this more of the Rain Gaurd sealer over the paint again for double protection.

I haven't noticed any damage from rock salt yet. I'll probably re-apply this spring and late fall .
